Our dog is crate trained and sleeps in one each night, in my bedroom, with no issues. She goes with me to work so is not often alone during the day, but she gets very anxious if we do have to leave her alone in house. This leads to a variety of issues so she needs to be crated, but she was a master escape artist (only when home alone). I was worried she was going to get hurt trying to escape other crates but was not ok loose. This crate took care of that issue. It is very heavy and large so not easy to move around our house, due to the width of our doorways, but she has loads of room, a very comfy bed in there and it is easy getting her in and out. Problems has been solved and I know she is safe on the few occasions she must be left home alone.

Quality. 6 month old Cane Corso puppy has been using it for two months and no issues. Easy to move and also easy to lock in place. Easy to assemble, took less than 10 minutes xs 1 person. The latches arent problematic for our pup right now, will provide an update if the latches fail as she grows. We did go with a bigger crate for her to grow into since she was not having accidents in her smaller kennel. Obviously if you're training a puppy you want to get a crate that provides enough room for the pup to sit and lay down, in which this crate will be perfect for her in a few months.

First of all, the bottom frame was bent but not enough to impact its functionality. The plastic tray needs to be forced in and out but not too terribly bad. As others have said some of the holes for the nut inserts are either misaligned or completely missing. The frame which holds the wheels and the tray had two mismatched inserts so the bottom is held in place with 6 screws (vs 8). The bottom (or top, depending on how you placed the door side) had no inserts for the second set of door locks. I had to drill 2 through holes and used my own nuts and bolts, which were of much better quality (and I checked the frame on the other side and there were no inserts there either.) The door latches are of a much lower quality than the latches keeping the top hatch closed. Almost as if they were an afterthought to keep the cost down. Overall I’m pleased with the cage so far. storms coming this week so we’ll see how well our Charlie takes to it during thunderstorms.

This is definitely a solid dog crate it is very durable very heavy. I bought this hoping to use it for my dog who was gonna stay home alone and didn’t end up using it and it is so hard to put together and not able to take apart because of the type of screws that require some weird tool that it comes with not regular screwdrivers. Wanted to return it but unfortunately I would have to pay the shipping for a crate that is super heavy pretty much the cost of a third or half the price of the actual crate. Still in my living room unused and new.

Was looking for a crate for our German Shepherd puppy that she could grow into. We have a bed that fits the crate perfectly, but are waiting till she’s a little older to put it in. This is perfect for anxious dogs/puppies. I don’t know if we just got lucky or if the crate is helping, but she sleeps through the night without any issues. The directions are fairly easy to follow along. Make sure you’re double checking the way the photo looks compared the the text. I accidentally placed on side upwards instead of the other way around and had to take the screws back out to flip it over. Had no issues with screws or holes being out of place. No missing or damaged items either. Happy with this purchase.

This seems sturdy enough so far, just wish the instructions had been a little more clear, as when putting the latches on I used one of the wrong screws, stripping and pulling the bed that the screw went into. We fixed this by hammering it back in though.
