    • Best inventions for baby!
We already had the carseat and this base in my car, so we got an extra base to put in our second vehicle to use one infant seat. This is extremely easy to install. Its easy to lock into the seat and get it very tight and secure. The extra steps make it even more secure than any other infant base we've owned. You never realize how amazing a revolving base even for an infant seat can be, until you actually own one. It makes putting our now 3 month old baby in vehicles so much easier for me, especially taller vehicles like trucks and full size true SUVs. It also makes comforting an upset baby easy. You dont even have to get out the car to calm baby. Simply park, spin the carseat, and then you can comfort however works. For us, its spinning her toward the inside of the truck to find her paci or let her see her big brother. Of course dont do that when you're driving, but when we are parked waiting on a to go order, school pick up, or even having to pull into a parking lot to comfort our baby girl, it makes it so much quicker and easier. ... show more

    • Best and most secure base I've used
We are on baby #4 and this is by gar the best car seat base design I have seen. It is the easiest to quickly install/ remove and is also the most secure once installed. It uses the seatbelt button style latch clips which is easy to detach and the way the seat clamps down on the secured belt takes up the rest of the slack and locks it in tight with confirmation colors. If you have more than 1 vehicle, having a second base is a game changer, but to be honest, the eae of install means it wouldn't be horrible to swap seats when needed.     • Ideal For Multi Car Families
This car seat base arrived quickly and well packaged free from any damage or flaws. It is the name brand replacement base for the Revolve 180 Litemax NXT car seat by EvenFlo, and works exactly as it should. My niece has this particular car seat and this was the perfect addition to my sister’s car so they don’t have to constantly remove and install the base every time she picks up/drops off the baby. Install was pretty easy, but it’s worth watching a video beforehand because it is a bit different to install than the typical car seat/base. Once properly installed, it is secure and holds the car seat (sold separately) in place with no unwanted movement. The rotational feature is simple to use and glides smoothly, allowing you to get your little one in/out easily. It seems to be well made and very durable, coming from a trusted well known brand. The price point isn’t cheap, however this is more affordable than buying a complete second car seat set. Overall, this is a great option for those who transport their little one in more than one vehicle, making it easy to swap between vehicles without having to uninstall/reinstall the base. Exactly as described! It’s lightweight and easy to use. Let’s face it, no one wants to keep moving a base from one car to another so it’s the perfect solution if you use more than one car. Evenflo has a great reputation so I have no concerns about the safety aspect of it

    • Love the rotation feature!
The Evenflo car seat base feels solid and well designed. It's also relatively easy to install and very secure once it’s in place - especially if you have the load leg (we do). The car seat base goes perfectly with the car seat itself with the 180 turn feature. It's a lot lighter than I would have expected. I love that instead of buying multiple car seats, we can get multiple bases that stay safely installed once in place. The ease of being able to put the car seat itself in any of our cars, especially in an emergency when time is of the essence is well worth the price of multiple bases. Also, please remember, if you're unsure if your seat is installed correctly most cities have free car seat installation at multiple locations. They're happy to show you the correct way to install the seat so your baby is safe. ... show more

Found this easy to install thanks to the Latch hooks and LockStrong belt tensioning system. The trick is simply finding the hooks eye in your own vehicle, which can feel like a scavenger hunt sometimes. Besides that though, which is not a product issue, the base is sturdy and secure. I have confidence that it will work as it's supposed to and having the extra base is what's needed to make life easier in a 2+ vehicle family where the kids ride in multiple cars, even if it's not on a frequent basis. ... show more

    • A must for 2+ car families
I got this car seat base as a second for base for our secondary car. It's just easier to have two bases and not need to transfer anything but the seat. I love that it swivels to the side. It allows the kid to jusst come straight out into our arms without having to squish into the space between the base and the front seat or have to be lifted up and then out. Much easier on my arms/back. This is probably my seventh car seat (well, this is just the base) and it's amazing how much this one is improved over even our last one just a couple years ago. The base, like the seat, is about as well made as it could be. Virtually indestructible. I guess the bottom line is that if you're in the Evenflo universe with the rotating base and you have more than one car in the family, it's an absolute no brainer. ... show more
