This base saves so much time (and aggravation) if you have multiple vehicles. Installation is easy and straightforward. The straps can be easily tightened down to make base snug to seat. The best part is how easy it is to inset/remove the car seat. No more messing with seat belts and trying to get the tightness correct. every. time. With this base, just set the car seat in it, press down until it clicks, then pull up on front/back to make sure both ends are secure. To remove, squeeze lever on car seat and seat releases; just lift seat up. There's a built in level on the base to make sure the base is sitting correctly on the car seat. I ordered this for my boyfriend’s car since he was going to be picking the baby up once I returned to work. I didn’t want him just putting the strap over her car seat. I was worried this would not work with our Grace car seat but it did just like the one that came with the actual car seat. It makes me feel better knowing she has this base securing her in the car. It was easy to install and even super easy to remove. I remember with my older kids it was a nightmare trying to remove them and get them back in. But this one is so easy.
