I went to use this item the day after I received it. Clicked the bottom, and nothing was happening. I went to use it on my face and the sponge at the end just ripped off. I clicked a few more times and even placed it upside down, thinking I can just put it on my finger or a makeup brush. Still nothing, like it is empty! I have dark circles under my eyes and I use this product to help camouflage them. It covers well, so doesn't take much product to feel almost like you are wearing nothing. The coverage it provides is worth every penny making it a good value for the money and dark circle quest.

The product is good. Applicator not good. Tried to use it when I got it and the sponge on the applicator dissolved. I’ll use it the way it is because I like the product but I wouldn’t recommend it. They need to use a sponge that doesn’t dissolve or break off.

What a piece of junk. I clicked the product up to the foam head and the head completely dissolved. It must have been old. Worse yet I have to mail back an item that costs less than five dollars. Ridiculous.
