I received this product specifically to write a review, but I try to be honest and open in all my reviews. This foundation comes with a handy, easy-to-use pump that made application simple. The product is slightly thicker than the Clinique product I normally use, so I had to be careful not to overdo it. Using too much makes it look cakey. However, adjusting to a smaller amount provides good coverage. It works especially well after first applying a moisturizer. This is a good idea anyway, as the Candid foundation does not contain any sunscreen. The foundation claims to have anti-pollution, antioxidant, and anti-blue light ingredients. What does this mean exactly? I did a little digging and it turns out that pollution and blue light damage the skin more than I’d realized, causing premature aging. This foundation soothes the skin and avoids ingredients that irritate. This is important to me because I have very sensitive skin. I used the foundation with no problems. For the price, this is a good alternative to the more expensive brands out there.

This makeup line makes your skin look perfect without applying too much foundation. The makeup goes on very smoothly and it is not too oily. When you use it, it covers and leaves a very smooth and flawless finish on your face.
