This is one of my favorite eyeliners ever. The color is gorgeous and is perfect for blue or green eyes. Sometimes, the formula can separate in the bottle, but it always has worked well if I remember to shake it before using it. The applicator is very thin but holds product well, making it easy to draw sharp wings or stay close to the lash line. If you use it every day, the product does go quickly, but it's worth the price you pay for it and more! Easy to use, dries quickly, and non-irritating to the eyes (even if you accidentally get it directly on the eyeball which I don't recommend anyway). I've also never known it to smudge or stay sticky. Otherwise, the texture may be a bit runny, and the color payoff could be disappointingly faint. Once applied, this liner stays put for the entire day, provided you resist the temptation to rub your eyes constantly (guilty as charged). It's easy to reapply if needed, giving you a chance to touch up effortlessly. However, it's worth noting that if the liner dries out, it can become chunky and challenging to work with. This is my go to liquid eyeliner. 🙌🏽🙌🏽 It’s easy to use, does not clump up or crepe up on your eyelids. The color is sharp and the bottle lasts a long time. I have it on a monthly subscription since it’s so affordable. It’s great for oily eyelids, does not smear as the day goes by. So I ordered this because I have hooded eyes but love the look of liner and read that my eye color would pop with burgundy colors. I was so excited but the eyeliner that arrived was Whitish pink and like glue. I figured I had received a faulty eyeliner so put in a return for a replacement. Then I read the negative reviews and realized I'd probably be returning both so waited until I got the replacement. I swatched the new one and it's perfect!!! Exactly what I had expected. So it is just a some are defective issue. I recommend returning and getting a replacement if the same happens to you because the color is amazing. I did a quick side by side swatch to share. The top is obviously the defective one and is sticky even after drying, the good one dried perfect with no sticky or flaking. ... show more

I have purchased this eyeliner before, and it is now my favorite - after trying many, many others. Unfortunately, when it was last sent to me, it was defective, with no brown color in it. I asked to return it, but before I could go to the return center, and only a few days after I requested the return, Revlon sent me a new one. I was in perfect condition. I made a mistake assuming that, as it was an inexpensive item and I received a replacement almost immediately, I decided it was not necessary to return the defective one. Just now, I received a notice that Revlon is still waiting for the returned defective product. I am sorry because I threw it away. I cannot return it. I am impressed with Revlon's customer service and did not intend to take advantage of it . Please advise. ... show more

This product is not as expected as far as the color. From the name (What The Fudge) and the picture, I expected at least a medium coppery brown, if not darker. There are no other brown selections shown. I like the applicator as well as the longevity, but the color is a vibrant coppery red that I wouldn’t think would be flattering to anyone, especially me. Sadly this looks nothing like the images. The color is a soft pink basically no pigment. Super disappointed. The pic on my skin is after a ton of shaking to see if I could get some pigment lose. Note package was perfectly sealed and not tampered with. Maybe you will have better luck.
