I've always been beyond inept at using liquid eyeliner...until I tried this product. It's very easy to control, even for an eyeliner neophyte such as myself. And the color is PHENOMENAL on my fair skin and makes my green eyes POP like crazy. A platonic guy friend complimented me on how green and gorgeous my eyes looked the first time I wore this eyeliner. It's now my go-to when I want to get dolled up. And it didn't budge until I easily removed it with my trusty diluted Baby Shampoo, which I've used for decades to remove eye makeup (on advice of an ophthalmologist). It does last all day. It's not dried out like some other inexpensive liners. It seems to be waterproof. (My eyes tear often, so I need waterproof.) It's a nice dark color and easy to apply. I only gave it 4 starts because I don't like the applicator brush.

Last all day and I have very oily eyelids. Great value for the price. Beautiful colour especially for brown eyes. Didn’t check if it’s water resistant. But smudge proof unless you’re rubbing your eye really hard You do need a steady hand for applying.

First this is smudge proof, very easy to use, and it is a great value for the money. I decided to try this because I am doing my own make over. I wanted to go to a lighter look and this came in a nice lighter brown. It is great. I am trying it for different things for my eyes. I use it for a liner of course. I really like how the fine point and I really like that feature. Liquid liners aren't always easy to use, but this one is the easiest I have ever found. I have a 10 magnifier on my make up mirror I bought here on Amazon so I can really check and see what a great job it does. I can use this as a starting point for eyebrows as sort of a frame before I use what I do for brows. I use it where as a starting frame for hooded eye. It is so fine lined it can be done and it blends with the shadow. It dries quickly. I have used other liners but none that are not messy or too wide of a line like Revlon's Colorstay Micro Easy Color Stay Liquid Liner. I got what the fudge color which is perfect for a light brunette or blonde haired person. I highly recommend it in your color. . ... show more

I prefer brown to black eyeliner., so I thought, given the name, "What the fudge" that this would be right up my alley. I would think that most people would think that fudge is definitely thought to be brown - in fact, even more of a dark brown shade; but I would have been happy with any shade of brown on the fudge spectrum!! Even the pics show a brown shade. Well, folks, this is more like coffee with lots of cream. I'm white, but with an olive cast, so you can barely see it on my lid. I even tried layering it! It got a little darker - I could actually see it! - but it wasn't worth the effort. Perhaps it might be perfect for someone with really white skin??? For me, it's a throwaway. I can't even give it away. I don't know anyone white enough for it to show! ... show more
