for Audi 2018 A4 B9: Construction and fit is excellent. However, this unit weighs in at 27 lbs. Very heavy! (the B9 steel hood weighs about 50lbs) also, the volume is a bit too much (~150% > stock) for a 2.0 A4 even with increased boost. I ended up going with a universal 2.5" I/O Universal Aluminum Tube and Fin Front Mount Turbo Intercooler Overall Size 31" x 13" x 3"/Core Size: 23" x 10.5" x2.5" and 2.5" pipe kit. This universal intercooler is 80% more volume than stock and only weighs about 10 lbs.

I am impressed with this intercooler. Got it for a 2018 Audi A5 Sportback and can definitely tell the difference in performance. It feels faster, though I’m pretty sure it’s just the fact that I’m not losing performance due to heat soak. Something common in these vehicles when you’re pushing them and in the summer. My vehicle isn’t tuned, but that’s the idea. Even without the tune, it still feels far more responsive and eager so it was worth it. Also, it was about half the price of the well known models and performs just as well. Spend the same 900 bucks you would spend on the other unit and get this one and an APR intake and still have money left over to take your girl out to dinner.

This intercooler works just fine, but they sent the wrong bolts. Many others I've seen reported the same thing. Another issue is the brackets that are sent are nowhere close to correct. Had to use spacers/washers to make fitment work. Was only able to use 2 of 4 brackets.
