Purchased to replace the oem lugnuts on a ford escape. The oem lugnuts are cheap and have a thin cap which fails over time. These are solid one piece and are a great replacement option after the oem lugnuts fail.

4.5 stars would be more accurate for me. They seem to be of good quality, but the socket size differs from OEM. So I had to get a replacement tire iron/socket wrench to put in my daughter’s car. Other than that, really good. Fit well, look nice, quality seems good.

I'm giving five stars because these look good and I got great service from the manufacturer when I had to return them. My complaint is with Amazon not the mfr. I relied on the banner on the top of the page that said they would fit my 2008 Volvo S40 (afflicted with the famous "swollen nuts"). Thread size is right but they are much too narrow (see the measured diagram that says .90 diameter of the cone. These would punch right thru the mounting hole in my wheels. So you have to measure that diameter too. See photos. ... show more

The spline kit had a narrow seat on the wheels. This kit gives a better seat to grab more of the wheel so the lug nut doesn't end up pulling through

These lug nuts match all the critical geometry of the lug nuts that came on my 2019 Buick Regal, but the appearance is very different. That's why I won't give them five stars. I bought these to replace my stock lug nuts because the cladding is starting to fail and they are sticking in my socket. These replacements appear to be direct plated instead of clad. Functionally they should hold up better. Time will tell how they hold up after exposure to road salt. ... show more
