Description

Cub Plus takes learning to ride to the next level. This balance bike safely teaches tykes the ropes at their own pace by letting them trust their bodies to ride intuitively. It’s got a super narrow frame to accommodate little legs and the lowest possible starting seat height so that even the smallest of explorers can ride comfortably. Plus, it’s decked out with premium components like wide tires for a smoother ride on all types of terrain, a rust-resistant, low-to-the-ground frame, and an ultra-responsive V-brake with an adjustable pull lever designed especially for little hands to stop the bike confidently. This balance bike has cushioning, air-filled tires that provide reliable grip and can easily maneuver over different surfaces, making their ride smooth and stable no matter the terrain. This balance bike is recommended for children ages 18 months-4 years. Cub Plus is beautiful to look at, fun to ride, and has parent-approved safety features. This bike is pedal-less, which keeps their feet constantly in touch with the ground and allows kids to develop confidence on two wheels as they figure out how to balance using their own bodies. Cub Plus has a narrow frame, which makes it easy for little riders to stand over the bike, and its grippy footholds give them a secure place to put their feet while riding, once they feel ready to pick them up.

  • Frame and wheel alignment not very good but works great anyways
Color: Arbor
As other reviews have shown for the price its a disappointment that the wheels are not centered with the frame. It does work well though regardless and tought my 3year old well enought to ride a real pedal bike in about a week.

  • Best bike for the price!
Color: Arbor
This bike is nearly perfect for my 2yr, almost 3yr old daughter. She has mastered the beginner balance bikes so it was time to upgrade to a real bike. She picked it up instantly and loves it. It is a bit heavy compared, so its good she started on the cheap/plastic bikes first. As far as the bike, this is a solid built and beautiful bike, easy to climb into, overall fit is great, and my daughter is tiny. Highly adjustable so I know this will grow with her until she is ready for a bigger pedal bike. My only complaint is the hand brake is hard to pull, even for me. Totally impossible for my daughter. I did a ton of research since im also a bike guy, and knew this could be an issue. I also understand that this is less than half the price of the top competitors in this field. So its still worth it all day, might just remove the brake so it doesnt cause confusion. Overall totally stoked to find this and I know my daughter is the same, best for the price by far. ... show more

  • It has brakes
Color: Arbor
When your child learns to ride it, you will thank yourself for choosing a model with brakes. Besides everything else, it has a cool design and excellent quality. may be a little big if your child is not very large

  • Not Straight
Color: Arbor
I give this bike 1 star for style, looks, and functionality. As I was assembling the bike, I couldn’t line up the rear brakes. The one brake pad was rubbing in the rim. So, I flipped the bike over for stability to adjust the rear brakes. I noticed that the rear of the bike is completely crooked. I have provided the photos with a red straight line to show the misalignment of the frame. My pool kid would have been wondering why their new bike is very difficult to use or ride straight. I’m exchanging for the same bike because it’s so cool looking and is exactly what we were looking for for our kid. First thing I’m going to do is check the frame straightness before assembling the bike. I suggest you do the same. ... show more

  • Great Bike!
Color: Cypress Blue
We purchased this bike for our two year old son. It’s perfect size and we love that the seat is adjustable. It is heavy for him to pick up but he is little and still learning to use it. Would recommend!!

  • Overall good balance bike!
Color: Cypress Blue
We love this bike overall. We bought it for my toddler’s 2nd birthday and he loves it! He took to it right away. It’s light enough for him to control (and for me, a not very strong woman, to carry over my shoulder when he gets tired of it on a walk). I also love that the tires are rubber & air filled—I feel like they more durable than foam or hard plastic like other balance bikes & it gives him more traction and shock absorbency on the grass or in the driveway/sidewalk. The hand brake will be nice as he gets older and get the hang of balancing. I love the fun color too. I knocked off a star because the tires didn’t come with the valve caps for the tires. Very weird. I email the company in May and they said they would send caps if I wanted, but that the caps were out of stock until July. ... show more

  • Great bike
Color: Arbor
We got this bike for our son at 1 year 9 months, and he's on the short side, but we could adjust the bike to fit him. He's had it for a few months now and we have no big complaints about it. His hands are still too small to reach the breaks, so we haven't tested those. Sometimes when he falls the front wheel gets a little misaligned from the handlebars, so we need to adjust it when he gets back up. It's a great bike, definitely recommend. ... show more
