When we received this product it already looked used just from the packaging. When I took it out of the box it was dirty and had grass in it like it was already used. Upon hooking the blower motor up, I could hear leaking air every where. After inspecting it I found several holes in the unit. The “patch kit” they give you wasn’t nearly enough to repair all of the holes. Then moving on to hook up the water line, no instructions are provided, they only give patches with numbers on them and don’t give any detail on where to put the excess water line. The plastic stakes broke as soon as I hammered them into the ground. Overall just a bad product. Stay away if you want something durable and lasting for the money you pay.

Super easy to set up, my little was super excited to play on it. After setting it up I heard a hissing noise and found a small split in the corner seam by the climbing wall and soccer net. Split obviously is causing air/water to leak out. Very disappointed and have contacted the seller, waiting on response.
