Took me over a month to receive, had to send one back cause it was only a half a chair and the packaging is absolutely awful and broken down and arrived already open even with the new unit . But on the bright side for the sale price of 95$ I got this unit for I couldn’t beat it. Super comfy highly adjustable and glides easily. Very good ergonomics in this chair. Bottom line is buy it if it’s on sale and your not in a rush to get your product and or care about packaging . If it’s not, just spend the extra 150$ on a secret lab chair and be done with it ... show more

-Packaging was some of the best i've seen in terms of Care and Function/Protection -Cushions are SOLID built and feel like they should hold up a decent amount of time -Price point is a tad high for this chair but time will tell with longevity (longer it lasts the more "affordable" it becomes) -Lumbar support and Neck pillow are a Welcome bonus to this chair as it would probably be just as good without -One "negative" I noticed during assembly is that the instructions are not SUPER clear as to which direction the piece should be facing, BUT if this isn't your first assembly rodeo the 9 picture instructions (labeled hardware and piece) is more than sufficient to get this chair put together in roughly a half hour all in all from start to finish this product was worth my money thus far and look forward to putting it through its paces! ... show more

I bought this in March 2019 and here are my findings after 4 months: Chair is comfortable - at least to me - but has a few issues. The back mesh is not secure enough. There is a plastic strip that the mesh is attached to that slides into a spot on the chair back that came out after a couple months. I bought some super glue to fix that and so far it has held up. The vertical part of the chair arms are starting to wobble, especially the left one. These are secured at the factory and do not use standard bolts (they are round instead of hexagonal) so I can't really secure them back into place. I think I accidentally broke the lumbar support after about 3 months or so. The "tail piece" of the chair back, the part at the bottom, does not stay. That does not bother me - it is just an aesthetic issue, but would likely need glued to stay securely in place. Additionally, the chair does not roll well on carpet, but that was my expectation and is not really an issue for me. I really like the green highlights. I am a pretty heavy man and it has supported me well so far. It was easy to assemble. If I remember correctly, the instructions were not included, but I did a Google search and was able to find them. I paid $200 and expected more for quality than what I got, but it was one of the cheaper chairs that I found when looking. Edit 9/5/19: I took another look at the arm rests. The bolts that are used to secure them apparently have a hexagonal hole that the included Allen wrench works with, so I was able to tighten them. Edit 5/16/2020: Thinking it is time to go another route. The back mesh has came out on the other side of the chair again. I had applied krazy glue or super glue or whatever and let it sit 24 hours. Sitting down in the chair again the backing popped right back out. Based on this, I've bumped my rating from a 3 to a 2. ... show more

So far so great with the chair, support and functionality. I am 6' tall and the neck pillow, when installed on the top, fits perfectly. I love the lumbar support and breath-ability of the back as well. I haven't had it long, but it feels dense enough to last for a while. Assembly was also pretty easy as well. Some of the wholes took a little brute force and ignorance to line up, but that's my fault for tightening some of the other nuts a little too tight before securing the entire thing. OFM is the overall manufacturer of Respawn. When the chair arrived, it was missing a small aesthetic piece. Since this piece is not structural in any way, I didn't want to waste Amazon's resources sending the entire chair back. Trying to contact OFM and Respawn customer support has been nothing short of a hassle. I explain the situation, include pictures, I even offer to pay for the missing piece, and they keep pointing the finger at amazon. This has been going on for a couple days now, and still no progress with their customer service. This is a lazy practice, and hopefully gets resolved soon. If they change their tune, and start working together my rating will change. ... show more

Easy to assemble, comfortable and sturdy! I use it for gaming and hope it lasts longer than the ohaho chair I bought this spring. The cylinder started giving out and wouldn't stay up. I weigh 170 lbs and it gave out in 6 months of light to moderate use. If this one gives out within the first year I'll update. ... show more

The chair was simple to put together and I really like the support that it provides but my issue with the chair kind of ruins the overall rating of the chair. Day two, the pre-assembled backrest on the chair started giving me issues. On both sides of the headrest the mesh used to for the backrest began to loosen and the staples used I noticed were poking out in some cases and completely falling out in others. That leads the entire backrest on the one side to start to separate. This was again day 2. I have since had to super glue the mesh to the chair to keep it attached. I would understand if overtime it began to loosen and became an issue. But this was straight out of the box. Beyond that issue the chair has been good. We shall see if the super glue holds and makes the chair perform the way that it is supposed to. ... show more
