The item itself is exactly like the pictures and is very sturdy and well-made, comparable to what you would find in an expensive furniture store. It was larger than I expected and works great as a dresser/console under my TV. The only issue I had was that it arrived with damage on one corner, but that was FedEx's fault.

I bought this dresser back in August 2024. It worked fine for the first couple of months. However, about two months ago, I started noticing that the drawers wouldn’t close properly, and the middle of the dresser seemed to be sinking toward the bottom. Unfortunately, I was right — the center support was failing, causing the drawers to misalign and making it impossible to close them. I contacted customer service at Resom Direct, and all they offered was a $10 discount to buy a new one. Wow — thanks for the “help.” The material is extremely cheap, the dresser itself is very small, and the drawers are tiny. Overall, very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of real customer support. I would not recommend this dresser to anyone.

I received this with a lot of damage. Small chunks were missing from sections which was pretty irritating. It’s a bit expensive to just be particle board. If we could have packed it up, we would have sent it back because of the damage. But we didn’t want to damage it even more trying to pack it back in the box. It did take awhile to put together but it looks pretty cute!!! Luckily, most of the torn up parts are on the inside so hopefully it won’t fall apart
