These bands are worth it for the low cost ( i paid $16) but after using them for 3 workouts, I have a better idea of my preferences in a cable stretch band and will likely pay more for better features next time. Here are my key points after using these: 1. The handle is too bulky. I wish that instead of encasing the standard wrist straps in a "handle bar like" fashion, it came with extra padding on the wrist straps instead. The "handlebars" are way too bulky and so I ended up grabbing a hammer and breaking the plastic off and just using the straps like that. I will say it did take me about 10 mins for a pretty muscular guy to break the plastic off. So they would probably never break on you. 2. It didnt come with a bag and these are pretty bulky so plan to use a gym bag if youre gonna be carrying them around. 3. I cant speak for the rubber itself as I havent given it enough wear and tear. So far it hasnt broken atleast 4. Nice Variety, the 5 lb band is plenty of resistance for most people. If you need more resistance, move further away to add additional tension. I rarely use the 25lb band. the 10 or 15 suits most of my needs. Occasionally I use the 5 or 25lb band.

I was in the middle of canceling my gym membership and needed things to compensate what I did there. Pretty great price for the amount you get. I also made a purchase for different bands from a different seller that was about $25 and saw no difference between the two and just opted for these. I ended up ordering a second set so I can anchor it at 2 different points on my door. Great purchase so far.

The black straps rub against the skin when using this equipment. I had to switch to the FitLife handles, which are larger and much more comfortable than the ones that come with this set. The metal parts are poorly made. They too are too small, and difficult to use. All in all, it's a good price for an extra set of stretch bands, but the FitLife kit is far superior. FitLife has better construction, more comfortable grips, and high quality metal components.

The order did NOT include the door anchor as was represented. A must for a lot of exercises Used for the first time this week. Seems to be of good quality. Instruction manual of suggested exercises is poor compared to other band kits. The ankle protector is not explained as what or how it is used for. The ankle straps for use with the bands are self explanatory. Time will tell on durability of band wear.

The bands work great for travelling as long as the fit on the bathroom door is not too tight. They provide a pretty good range of work outs. They appear to be well built. I have only used them for a few weeks, but have had no complaints. I would buy them again.

This set has the perfect resistance levels for a woman that doesn't have much upper body strength. I got these bands to do flys, shoulder press, and as an alternative for pull-ups (because I'm not strong enough to lift my own weight yet). I'm glad I chose these because my max weight for flys was 5lbs last week. Now I can move up to 10lbs.

These bands are awesome! They are very strong and easy to use. My only drawback was there’s only two handles so you have to constantly switch the handles around. Well worth the money!
