I am and older, fluffy woman who never works out. So when I was given the opportunity to try these resistance bands I thought, "Ehhh, why not". Well, I'm very glad I did!! I like that there are different resistances so I am able to start off with my comfort level and build up as I go as well as using different resistant levels for different parts of my body. My arms aren't as strong as my legs, so being able to choose that is great! I can also use them while sitting down or standing up, and they don't take a lot of focus so I can exercise while I watch tv (which is always great in my book!) They seem sturdy enough that I'm not afraid of them breaking and snapping me in my face! I love that the resistance type is labeled on each band (light, medium, heavy...) so I know exactly which band to use, and I love the little pouch that comes included! All in all these are perfect for easy to heavy exercising!
