Update - the seller reached out to me and was able to provide amazing customer service!! I have both the curing machine and the deeper trays. I hate how the middle sections dip making the resin shift so my items come out uneven. If I place one right in the middle then it’s ok but trying to make multiple items causes the middle to not stay even. Had I known this, I would have never bought this. ... show more

As others said, its not leveled. Can't handle too much weight without the center caving in and the resin flowing out of the mold into the machine.

Overall, I like this. It's easy to use, and it works well. My complaint is with the lid. Instead of having the handle ON TOP of the lid, it is designed INTO the lid, which then drops down into the top tray. So unless your molds are super thin, the lid gets stuck to your piece in the top tray. Very frustrating! ... show more

These deeper trays make all the difference in this handy, time saving machine! The trays also have a flat center unlike the shallow trays. So now I can fill the whole tray instead of working around the raised tray. I cured some small jewelry pendants, a soap dish, small coasters and geode coasters. Everything cured beautifully, except the geode coasters. But it might be because I put two on each tray and they may have been too snug. One came out unleveled but three did not. I think I will not use this for the geode coasters because they need to be absolutely flat and level when they cure or they are not going to be coasters! Overall, for about $100, I would recommend it for small resin projects. Also, customer service was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. ... show more

I do resin keychains and I read a bunch of mixed reviews on this item before purchasing. I can have quite a few orders in one day and it’s difficult to wait 24-48 hrs for each item to dry before moving on to the next project. I needed something that would help me speed up the process. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to use. The cord is short but nothing an extension cord can’t fix. The description boasts a two hour dry. I’m here to say that is not true- at least for what I do. It takes about 4 hrs which is still great in my book. I’ll happily wait 4 hours vs 48. It’s def worth the buy. ... show more

I like that I am able to do slightly larger pieces, a little more height would be nice though (like 1/4-1/2”). Durability could use improvement, tray’s tend to be sinking into the middle, have had them less than a month and have only used them 4 times, defeats all the time making sure the machine is level when everything is going towards the middle. ... show more
