The bend on the right angle usb-c connect sticks out significantly more than I expected - not very low profile - but it's still a right angle bend which delivers a lower profile than having the cord stick straight out. In fact the cable I received doesn't quite look like the one I purchased with about 7-8 mm of clearance between where the head's jacket begins and where the cable bends - contrasting with the product photos where it looks like there's only about 1-3 mm of clearance and a wider bend housing. ... show more

This cable is less than half the price of the original oculus cable. I have been using it for weeks and it is very sturdy, heavy duty, yet also lightweight. I ordered three of these 16ft cords for the Quests that I have in my library. All three were dead within 7 days. One of them, the metal contact port was ripped out of the cord just by lifting the headset up. Another one, the metal contact port is wiggly and won't charge the device. The third one is just dead. Perhaps if one treated them like a delicate strand of silk they might last longer than one week. However, they cannot stand up to general, everyday (not rough) use. ... show more
