HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! My chameleon has early signs of MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease) because of this light! My chameleon started having a hard time Un gripping his limbs, which is an early sign of MBD.. I was surprised because I supplement my chameleon very well, and I thought i had a good light.. so I was confused on why my pet was showing signs of MBD if his cage and supplements were set up correctly...turns out this company gave me a 5.0 UVB and not 10.0 UVB like I ordered!!!!! Now, even with a 5.0, chameleons should be fine.. but when the specialist saw my light.. he showed me the bulb was burnt... ive had this light not even 5 months ago, so on top of the fact that i got the wrong UVB bulb.. they gave me an old one!!! Also, the reflector on this light is horrible, it does not reflect the correct amount of UVB. I can confirm this because the specialist told me and showed me his UVB light.. it should be almost blinding you when you see it. This light doest not do that because of bad reflectors... I am reporting this seller. Unbelievable that they would give me an OLD BULB AND WRONG UVB!!! ... show more

Light was beautiful. I set it up on the 1st of april, todays the 10th of writting this. I run it for 12 hrs, come home and the thing wont turn on. Either the bulb burned out or the unit is dead. Will be buying a new bulb locally tomorrow to test this, if its the unit, ill be requesting a replacement. ... show more

Bought this for my ball python enclosure to provide the uvb light he needs. Set it up on a 12hr timer 2.5 months later bulb dies, the f is that. I have a larger uvb for my bearded dragon enclosure over a yr old and have yet to replace that bulb. Stay away from this one unless you like buying bulbs every 41.5 hrs.....that's approximately how long the light was actually on the 2.5 month of functionality. Complete trash. ... show more
