This is the most BEAUTIFUL dress I could have hoped for on a budget. It’s a bit long but I’m short. I’m 5’3. Will have to remove 7 inch from the skirt. But besides that no alterations needed. I sized up since I was in between sizes at the bridal shop. The corset made it PERFECT! And I don’t have to worry about losing or gaining weight before the wedding because I’ll still fit. The train is gorgeous. Very well made and if I didn’t know better would think that it came from a bridal shop and was 1200. A little heavy. Don’t even think about it girl just GET IT! I fell in love with this dress as soon as I saw it. Once it arrived I was initially off put by a very strong outgassing smell on the fabric but with a lot of airing out I got most of the smell out. The details on the dress are exquisite and the overall value is far above what you’re paying for for the dress. And honestly this is the only dress that made me feel truly like a princess/bride of all the ones I tried through Amazon. Unfortunately I am 5’3” which means most floor length dresses are too long for me. This left me needing to alter the dress in some way but due to the beautiful lace on the bottom, alterations were going to be over double the price of the dress. Luckily a close friend of mine had enough skill to help me alter the dress ourselves and we opted to shorten it even more due to the courthouse wedding I planned to have and the weather during the time of year I was to be married. I absolutely adore the way the dress turned out. But would have loved it long as well under other circumstances. If you’re buying this trying to save money consider whether you would need it altered or not and whether you or someone you know can do it. If it’s not a money saving purchase I’d say buy this dress - it’s hands down the best wedding dress I’ve ever tried on. ... show more

The dress was beautiful, quality was good, unfortunately it was way too large and I ordered the size based on measurements. As for the return process it’s a nightmare. I am going on 3 weeks, I had to ask numerous times for return label as they seem to expect buyer to pay for shipping. I finally received the label, post office said it wasn’t a correct label but agreed to ship it back. It has now been 3 weeks and I have been back and forth with the seller and now Amazon is messaging them. I did confirm that the dress was received by them and Still haven’t gotten a refund ... show more

The dress has a lace tie up the back so it can be adjusted unlike if it is a zipper. I did have a bustle done but it under up busting off through out the night, due to not having a zipper and lots of layers it needed 5 underneath and 5 on top. If I would do it all over again I would still buy the dress. I had so many compliments on my dress and it was absolutely stunning. It stayed up all night and at the end of the night I tucked the sleeves into my dress so I was more moveable with my arms. I was nervous it was going to slide down a lot but it did not. It stayed up even with jumping and dancing the night away. I had to have the length hemmed and the lady who did it and the bustle did a great job and left the length of the train in the back. According to the measurement table, I should’ve been a size 14 So I ordered that, and it came and was way too big. I wear size 11/12 pants or large yoga pants and a size 38D bra or 36 double D bra or a large shirt. I’m 5’7”, 167 lbs. Due to time I ordered a size 12 and a size 10, and I’ll see what actually fits. But I have if I have to guess I think the 10 is going to fit. I will update when I get the dresses and try them on. The dress is beautiful though… I was very happy when I opened it up and saw how pretty it really was. So it’s worth figuring out your size in my opinion. ... show more
