Just got them today. They seem to be almost identical to the original ones. At least the ear tips do. I don't use the wing tips that go on the outside. They fit and the case closes. Not sure about the long term. but working great now.

Using any other tips besides these ones and others will not do. Other tips will let in earwax and buildup inside the metal grilles very fast. With these smaller holes that is never a problem. The pieces that I needed were in good shape and hand held up without swelling or hardening for a couple months now. The piece to seal on ear canal were cut or not molded correctly. Look closely at what came in your kit.
