I was a little skeptical about the lettering coming off as many of the reviews stated so I just took a piece of clear packing tape and taped it over the lettering and you can’t even tell it’s there! First of all, Loved how I got exactly what I wanted with this purchase. Clear case is indeed crisp and clear with no weird tint. My name is legible and hasn't faded or smeared after MONTHS of usage and putting it in & out of my pocket. The smallest, little thing that they overlooked - was the top not attaching or being fit enough to the top of the airpods (the part that filps open). Luckily, the top half is attached to the bottom half, but there are plenty of times it'll be dangling from the bottom half (I hope, I'm making sense). It's a super small inconvenience of just putting it back on - it happens intermittently so it hasn't gotten annoying for me but maybe for someone with a lower tolerance level, this is a warning for you! Other than that, it's a high quality product and it does protect my airpods and therefore didn't feel the need to give it less than 5 stars - only 3.5 stars for craftsmanship

If i must say this is a great product for a great price. It adds the protection I need from scratches when I take my airport in and out of my purse and when I lay them around. The name customization is nice. The font is neat. However, I did order two cases and one of my cases did not have the name centered. I was able to reach out to the seller and they were prompt and responsive about being sure to fix it and they allowed me to keep my original one, which I thought was very courteous of them even though I was ready to ship it back! I received my order within a reasonable time and I received my replacement just as fast. The Keychain that attaches to the case is sturdy and more handy than I thought. The AirPod cables are great for around the neck usage and it makes them harder to drop or lose while working out or doing a lot of moving. I would buy again and again from this seller. Quality product and Customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I have had this product and used it daily since January of 2021. I am writing this review end of April 2022. A few days ago I was removing the case for cleaning and the pieces that hold the top to the bottom broke. I am beyond pleased that this case has held up the way that it has with as much use as it has endured. I am ordering another case identical to the original. The lettering has remained intact and looks brand new. I clean my case weekly with rubbing alcohol to remove dust and debris. I work outside and often leave my case lying around in obscure places so it gets used.

Loved the customized case. I got 2 cases. The only issue I have with them is that the top section of the case doesn’t fit tightly on the AirPod case so you’ll just be going about your business and the top part of the case separates from the actual AirPod case.

I probably should’ve read the reviews before I bought because then I wouldn’t have been surprised but there are a few little things that bug me about this case. None are really dealbreakers but they’re worth knowing. I expected the case to be silver in color. It’s not, it’s clear. It looks like most people realized this but I’m definitely not the only one. The pictures make it look silver and the color is listed as white or black. I guess I thought the case was black tinted and gave it a silver/grey look. It’s fine, the case looks nice anyway but if I’d realized it I probably would have gotten black text instead of pink because I just think it would’ve popped better. The other thing is—as other people have said—the top part fits a little too loosely. At first I thought the seller had fixed this since those reviews because mine opened and closed without slipping, but then I was grabbing it from my bag and it came loose. So I wouldn’t hang it from anything in case it came open and an airpod got lost or something. Other than that it’s nice. I’m confident it’ll protect my AirPods in my work bag, which gets banged around a lot in an industrial setting and has a lot of stuff in it that could scratch them, the personalization makes them easy to identify if I misplace them, and the quality/price balance is good. I’m not disappointed that I bought them but I’d probably try a different case next time for the fit/color.
