I have a “paper like” screen protector on my iPad. It wears out the Apple Pencil tips in about 1-1.5 months with fairly regular use throughout the week. So I was in the market for replacement tips. For this price I was willing to gamble on a non-Apple product. They work just fine, but the “drag” of the paper-like feel isn’t as effective because these tips are more plastic-like. (Because if the difference in texture, perhaps these tips will not wear as easily as Apples? TBD.) They are certainly noisier during writing because of the lost tactile drag, and I would describe it as a “scratchier” feel. Like there is sand under my pen. Whereas the Apple tips felt just like a pencil on paper. That is the best way to describe them. If they do not hold up well either, or damage my expensive screen protector- then I will update my review and would not even recommend them. If price is a problem for you- or if you do not have a screen protector for the paper-like, then I cannot see why you would not purchase this product! (I have first gen Apple Pencil) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Tip doesn’t seem to fit on accurately and doesn’t keep a consistent connection with the screen. As you can see in the video, it makes a bunch of dots rather than a consistent line. Doesn’t matter what setting is used or which app, it’s incapable of keeping a connection long enough to draw even one line.
