  • Great Vitamin
Style: Lil’ Green Apple
My kids like these. My pickiest eater thinks they are fine, not his favorite but not awful. He did struggle with the orange flavor though. They are chalky so if that texture is a problem for your kiddo then pass on these. Great quality vitamins!

  • Clean ingredients and quality vitamin content
Style: Cherry Cherry Mo’ Cherry
I absolutely love these for my 4 and 2 year old. My 4 year old gets two tablets and my 2 year old gets 1/2 every morning. It was really important for me to find a vitamin that contained iron and that tasted good. Previous iron vitamins I purchased had too much of an iron taste and my kids refused to take them. These vitamins are chewable and according to my kids taste great. They are Clean Label Project certified which means they are third-party tested for contaminants (heavy metals, pesticides, plasticizers). I do wish they came in a larger quantity - between two kids we go through one bottle pretty quickly. ... show more

  • Finally, a vitamin picky eaters actually like!
Style: Cherry Cherry Mo’ Cherry
My 2-year-old still refuses chicken, meat, and other protein sources, so our pediatrician recommended vitamins. After some research, I chose these because they’re clean, healthy, and have exactly what he needs—including iron! He loves the taste, they dissolve easily, and I finally feel at peace knowing he’s getting his nutrients without a fight at mealtime. ✅ What I love: • Clean formula, no junk. • Pediatrician approved. • Easy to take & toddler-approved taste. 💡 If you’ve got a picky eater, this is the kind of help you didn’t know you needed. ... show more

  • Do Not WASTE Your $$
Style: Cherry Cherry Mo’ Cherry
I have a very picky eater (right now, he only eats breadsticks, ramen, strawberries, popcorn, water, orange juice, and fast food burgers without vegetables) and wanted a multivitamin to help supplement nutrition. He’s above average growth, but has some sensory issues and ADHD tendencies. Although he’s always offered a variety of healthy whole foods and opportunities to eat, I finally found an orange vitamin C gummy and some vit C/D & zinc jelly beans that he would happily consume daily during flu season. I also found a gummy multivitamin that he’s OK with as long as it’s the orange flavor (not strawberry or lemon). I’ve tried various liquid & powdered vitamins in the past and all were immediately rejected (I always read reviews but even the well reviewed were a huge disappointment). I do not love the sugar content or other unnatural ingredients of the gummies he will eat, and these appeared to be more well rounded, but they are unbelievably gross. Upon opening the safety seal, I was put off by a weird, unappetizing smell. I was surprised how large the tablets are and the dose requires 2/day. That’s all surprising for something marketed to picky eaters! So today, I gave him one and said it was candy, a sweet tart to chew up. He wasn’t overly suspicious and put it in his mouth while distracted watching his new fav movie. Uh no…he made a gagging face and took it out immediately. I asked if it was too sweet, sour or what. He gave it back to me to throw away saying it tasted too weird, yuck; most probably sour as sweet he obviously tolerates. I’m none too happy that I paid $26 for a bottle going to the garbage. I know everyone has different preferences, but if something is specifically branded to be for picky eaters, then I expect all the usual adverse things have been addressed! Usually I’d try one myself to decide if it’s really that gross but even I can’t get paste the smell (I can’t even describe it, kind of vanilla/banana/fruity? Sort of like shampoo or hand soap), size of the tablet, and what I assume to be chalky texture. For now, we’ll just keep trying for a variety of food and using Nature Made Kids First Vitamin C gummies and Multi with Omega 3, plus Nature’s Bounty Kids Immunity jelly beans. I’m still going to look for more supplement options, but these are the best we’ve tried so far. For iron, I might recommend a Wow! liquid iron mixed in orange juice but dose would need to be kid appropriate (I take the full adult high potency serving and it’s very easy to consume). With all supplements, especially iron, make sure you verify serum blood levels to ensure you’re actually absorbing and not overdosing. Yes, most DRs don’t bother with bloodwork for kids but you can either find another DR, order your own for some things, or at least just ask (in some cases demand). To be safe, err on the lesser dose of things. Of course, food is the best medicine but unfortunately our food supply, even if willing to eat it, is often deficient so supplements are sometimes a necessary evil. Sincerest hopes for successful nutrition for all those picky eaters out there! :-) <3 ... show more

  • Amazing vitamins!
Style: Cherry Cherry Mo’ Cherry
My child is a SUPER picky eater—veggies? Nope. Meat? Maybe. Multivitamins? Usually a hard “no.” But Renzo’s Picky Eater Multi changed the game! These are melty tabs (not gummy!) that dissolve in the mouth or juice and kids often don’t even realize they’re vitamins. They are a bit tart but I am definitely seeing a difference in my 6 year old! ... show more

  • Chalky, sour, not for picky eaters, still worth the value
Style: Cherry Cherry Mo’ Cherry
I have bought this a few times and we have tried all the flavors. She HATES the taste. I mean, she complains every time she takes them. They taste horrible. However, they quality of the vitamins is better than any other I have found. A few seconds of her not liking them is a small price to pay to make sure she gets what she needs vitamin wise when she is the pickest toddler ever. She survives off goldfish snacks, yogurt, and cheese, so this makes up for everything she refuses to eat. She sometimes holds them in her cheeks and they do not dissolve fast so I have to tell her to chew. Texture is chalky. But again, a few seconds of "I don't like this" is worth it to me. Taste and texture is a small price to pay for me to have the comfort knowing that she is getting what she needs. Wish it came in better flavors. Wish it wasn't so chalky. Wish it wasn't so sour. In no way is this designed for "picky eaters" in that aspect. Which, if you are going to name it that, maybe have more than 3 flavors and stop making them so sour. ... show more
