  • I’m very happy with these panels so far
Size: 2Pcs
I have two Bluetti AC180s, each hooked up to a major appliance. I got these two panels to feed separately into the solar generators; each Bluetti can take an input of up to 500 watts of solar. I installed them horizontally, side by side, abutting each other, but ran separate solar cabling (so no questions about whether to hook them up in series or parallel, which I get confused by). Feeding into the Bluetti DC solar input port, they get plenty of juice on sunny days and even on cloudy ones do pull in a good bit of power. When the panels first came, they looked scuffed in places, but whatever it was washed off. There were no cracks or breaks in anything, and they mounted quite easily onto triangular solar ground mounts. I also have two small battery banks with separate charge controllers and inverters (hooked up to separate solar arrays) that I plug into the AC grid inputs of the AC180s, and I’ve got them set on a schedule to turn off at sunrise and on at sunset. Even in the winter and on somewhat cloudy days, I wind up with enough juice from the sun to run a large upright freezer and a large refrigerator/freezer around the clock, just on the sun. That’s what I wanted, because we lost about $600 worth of food (plus all my processing time) during a power outage this past year, and I don’t want that to happen again. I also have a pair of JJIN 200 watt bifacial panels and four Eco-Worthy 195 watt bifacial panels. I think I like the performance of these the best. ... show more

  • Nice Solar Panels, but big and heavy out of four, one was shattered
Size: 2Pcs
Ordered two set of Renogy 450w bifacial panels during black Friday sale. Amazon had to special delivery. When received both both showed some signs of shipping. One set was perfectly fine, the other set had a shattered panel and a scuffed panel. Contacted Amazon and after a little back and forth with them try to figure out how to handle the replacement, Amazon Customer Service decide to refund me for one set, told me to keep the panels and discard the shattered one. The price of a pair of panels is now around $300 more. The panel are well packaged. I know they are large and heavy, but extra effort should be made to take extra care in handling...... Amazon Customer Service, did a great job resolving the problem, but would have preferred having 4 good panels. I have only been able to run some quick tests on them and they all show great output. Will install the three good ones for now and decide whether to get more later. ... show more

  • Disabled Veteran Honest Review
Size: 2Pcs
Severely Flawed Product – Unusable Out of the Box As a disabled veteran, I specifically chose these Renogy Solar Panels for their advertised high efficiency and durable design, anticipating their use in an off-grid application. However, the panel itself exhibited a severe serial fracture that fundamentally compromised its structural integrity and capability. This critical defect rendered the panel entirely unusable for its intended purpose of generating power. Considering their substantial size—over 6 feet tall and 4 feet wide—encountering such a fundamental product flaw is incredibly frustrating and physically challenging to manage. Due to this inherent manufacturing defect, the panel could not be tested or utilized. This was a complete disappointment and falls far short of expected product quality. ... show more

  • 450 Watt Great Panel
Size: 2Pcs
They work great as I have them installed don my back deck. Great product as I have read bad reviews as they break during shipping. Mine were great, but it traveled in 2 hours in shipping and was fine. Great solar panels as they charge in the front and back.Very great product.

  • Expect a broken panel
Size: 2Pcs
I ordered two 2 packs (4 panels total) and they showed up on a freight truck about a month after I ordered them. Like so many other reviews on here, one of the 4 panels arrived smashed and because of the delay in shipping, it is outside the return window for Amazon. Since I got a good deal, I am not crying about it, but I definitely wish I had known that this would be the outcome before I ordered. I suspect the nature of how they are shipped, combine with fragile construction, results in a high rate of at least one of the panels being broken. Whatever way they are loaded or handled is just too much for what is effectively a 4'x6' pane of tempered glass in a metal frame. The shipping materials consist of a big cardboard wrap and have no cushioning to protect the vulnerable portion of the panels. Also, plan to get yourself some MC4 extension cables, as the ones attached to the panels are barely long enough to reach across the panel. If you are doing even a modest array to a shared inverter, they won't be long enough to hook up more than one panel at a time. That being said, these panels are nuts as far as efficiency goes. Never seen anything like it. I easily get 60-100 watts from a single panel, in partial shade on a cloudy day (snow covered lawn, free standing + tilted 45 degrees). ... show more

  • Worth the cash 100% of what they claim
Size: 2Pcs
They are big, but it's one of the only solar panels I have that has put out the watt rating and exceeded it. Northern nevada, today 904 watts from 2, 450 watt bifacial panels. Can't wait till summer

  • Excellent investment, image for Arizona in October
Size: 2Pcs
I bought these two panels (2x450w) panels as my first foray into the world of green energy. They were paired up with a Eco Flow Delta Pro battery system. Had no issues connecting everything up once I had the cables. I am thoroughly impressed and happy with the results I'm getting from these panels. As I write this, it is October 6th. Not exactly peak solar production, though I'm lucky enough to be in Arizona. Even so, I'm pulling nearly 850w peak! I can't wait for summer results! I put these panels on brackets, and then attached wheels to those brackets. This makes the whole setup quite portable for me, allowing me to go out back periodically and turn the panels, keeping them in line with the sun. I'm generating about 7kw/day, which equates to about $1.25/day in savings at this time of year. It will only take about 4 years to fully pay for the entire setup (Panels + Eco Flow battery). Then I can look forward to many many years of free power :) ... show more
