I had been looking for solar panels through several suppliers for months and Amazon had the best price. These are original straight from the supplier and beat the box store prices by 10%. I haven't installed them yet so I can't rate the long term operating quality of the product. The construction is very good on these, they are light and we'll made. The frame is solid thick aluminum protected for the elements and glass face is very good. Quality materials used throughout. Shipper wrapped the cables so they wouldn't get damaged. Panels are lightweight and well made for the price, The only concern I had was the packaging for truck shipping surviving from one end of the country to the other. I contacted the shipper before the shipment before just to make sure I knew what to do and they provided a reply quickly with instructions just in case of damages. When arrived, the pallet was wrapped well and foam sheets between each of 16 panels in the stack. The load was wrapped in cardboard sheets, plastic wrap and strapped. The only thing different I would recommend is for the factory add labels to ID the load as fragile solar panels so nothing is stacked on top. Kudos and we'll done to the professional truck shipping company for safely transporting the load and drop off. The driver waited while we unstacked each panel to inspect each face and frame. Renogy customer service is poor as is the shipping company they use. The delivered product is excellent. You can only blame so much on Covid
