The box was open and damaged. Disappointed. The first ps5 i got was good this one was not. I almost watched to give it 3 stars.

Outer box came damaged. Possibly indicating that it wasn’t that carefully handled. Looked opened. Like someone took a look at it and closed it back up carelessly. Other than that. Everything came in. Everything is there. Everything works. Which was my biggest concern. So far so good. Let’s hope it stays that was and nothing happens to it because I’ll never know what it went through before I received it. Hence my concern when I got it with the outer packaging damaged.

So thank God the system was still wrapped in its cellophane packaging. But if you want something in mint condition, you’re barking up the wrong tree. The box was completely shredded and ripped open. It’s clear it’s an unused system but if it weren’t in limited supply I’d have asked for my money back.
