This is good for a small child to use around the house or a flat surface. It will not go in the grass or dirt but around the house on flat it works fine. I like that it came with two batteries for the truck. The controller takes two AA batteries that are not included. No a big deal. Only thing I can see the battery compartment on the truck barely fits the battery and screws to remove to change the battery out. I don't see a 5 year old doing this without a adult to help. Batteries lasted a good while but changing them out was the hard part. Just keep that in mind parents when the kids need it changed out.

I order this once before and never got it, so I had them replace it. Great gift for kids, my nephew likes semi trucks he loved it. The box was damaged at the bottom. I guess the toy was left by a small heater so it did melt to where he couldn't play with it anymore. Took alittle over two weeks since I had to reorder this.

Not what my son expected. The trailer does not stay connect to the truck The carrier is hard to latch and unlatch your afraid to unlock it because you might break it It's made out of plastic.

This remote control car hauler was a great success! We expected it to be just a toy, but man! This thing will scoot ! The batteries were easy to install and don’t require constant charging. The keeps for the haul trailer are cute and colorful. This would make a great gift!

got this for my 3 year old grandsom. he's gonna love it. not sure he will get the remote though. he may just put his weight on it and push it around the house. we will see how long it takes him to destroy it. fun rc car though. fairly fast. cab lights up but theres absolutely nothing in it. cars on the trailer are fun until you have to go pick them up. they constantly fall off the trailer. other then that it's pretty neat. recommend - sure, younger children will love it.

This is a fun little toy for kids. The truck is not heavy duty plastic but it seems pretty durable. The trailer is a little thinner plastic. Not sure how well it will hold up over time. The 4 jeeps that come with the set are very cheap and light. The whole set looks nice and my grandkids love playing with it. The radio control part is cool but that wears off and they just want to play with cars and push it around. it does come with the rechargeable batteries and the charging cord. The remote control is smaller than usual which is good for the little kids.
