    • Fun to play with, but not very fast
It is a very nice-looking car which works very well. The long lasting battery is nice. The engine sounds, music, and spray function make it very fun for my grandson; however, the car is pretty slow. He wishes it had more power.

    • A Very Fun RC Car for new/young drivers!
The media could not be loaded. The Wowzon Audi R8 is a very simple to operate and fun RC car – especially for younger RC drivers. The car has a couple fun features that would really appeal to the younger drivers. It has a light function that allows you to turn on decorative lights while driving. The car also has a sound function with two different options – music and racing event. The most fun feature is the spray function that sprays water mist out of the back of the car (like car exhaust). The car has two speeds that are both slow enough to allow easy operation inside and out. This car operates best on hard, flat surfaces – hardwood floors and tile (indoor) and concrete (outdoor). It does work on carpet but is a bit slower. The controller is very well designed and easy to operate. There are separate knobs for the speed switch and the steering trim. The steering joysticks are easy to operate and the car has great control. I have a lot of fun doing donuts and other stunts in open spaces. There are two RC car batteries included and can take up to 2 hours to charge. I would highly recommend this RC car as it is very easy to use and operate. ... show more

I know the camera on my phone isn't the best but you can see what the car can do. This RC car does have an extremely long lasting battery and play time making it great for young children up to the age of 8 I would say. It's price is far better than battery operated RC cars I've bought for my kids in the past with better constuction. I loved the fact that it was officially liscensed when I bought it but young kids that this toy is for probably wouldn't even understand what an Audi is or what an official license is. I feel the production money would have been better spent on raising the car slightly so it would perform on carpet and putting a little more into the motor and battery. There are 2 sound modes to choose from with different effects but more light options. you can hear me clicking through them in video on the controller which is like a video game controller and easy to use. Still better than more expensive battery operated models you will buy for kids at stores. And for the price it's sold for it gets 5 stars in my book! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. What a cool little RC car! My 10 year old son really likes it. It's very easy to set up and operate. The speed isn't too crazy fast, so I didn't fear for the furniture and walls and I'm guessing younger children will do just fine with it. We both liked that it has some catchy music that plays. The smoke and lights are really cool too! My son wishes that it came in four wheel drive to take it off roading outside, however it functions well with two wheel drive. We did have a small issue with one of the gears catching, but we reached out to the seller and received very clear directions from them on how to fix it easily ourselves. This is my favorite of all of the RC cars that have come into our lives over the years. What a clever design! ... show more

If you're a just looking for a RC car this is still a good choice with the added benefit of being awesome looking. This car is great for my 5 year old who is learning how to drive remote control cars. I can't trust him with my faster cars but this car has a enough speed to be fun but still learnable. With enough space you can drive in the house or outside. The single battery last a relatively long time off one charge. Personally, I just can't get over how cool it looks. My son wants to drive and play with it all the time while I am content with it just being a model and sitting on a shelf. I obviously recommend this car. This is a cool and exciting car remote controlled car. It’s fun to drive inside while maneuvering it to avoid obstacles. The car comes with plenty of features such as lights that flash, sounds, and an awesome spray effect that simulates smoke. It also is very durable and can handle many crashes.
