The media could not be loaded. First, let me warn that this these RC cars can be loud and obnoxious. When you first start it up, it will have loud music and sounds blaring while crazy lights flash. The first thing you need to do is to learn how to turn them off! Just press the sound button on the remote control a few times to do so. The AIQI 2PC Remote Control Car set comes with two sets each of the car, standard remote control, and wristband for motion control. The remote control is done through IR which means direct line of sight to the car is necessary. It will not go around corners. What I like about these cars are their mechano (omnidirectional) wheels. The car can go forward, reverse and turn just like a regular car, but it can also run sideways (strafe in video game terms). This gives the car a new dimension of maneuverability. This kind of movement also makes the car feel futuristic, almost as if it is hovering. The remote control has the standard directional controls but also has the two buttons at the top of the controller to make the car slide sideways. It is pretty easy to get used to. Pair the cars to the wristbands and there's even more of a futuristic feel. Tilting your hand to control the car feels like you have special powers and it just feels cool! Controlling the car this way is very tricky but it's fun as an alternative to the standard controller. There is also gimmick to the car where it can have an arch to the wheels, the body is raised off the ground and the front and back wheels are brought closer together. With two cars in each pack, if you have siblings in the house, each kid can have one to play with and they can race or combat each other (the cars are pretty sturdy). Of course, the kids will also use this to torture the pets. My dog loves to attack the cars then run away, but he just can't stay away. The AIQI RC Cars are fun toys that show off a cool wheel technology that unfortunately, we don't see in other commercial products. The kids will have a lot of fun with them and the pets will hate them (or is it love? I can't tell sometimes).
