For years, I relied on my cell phone to give me the time, except more than half the time the phone was difficult to access, and sometimes so difficult that I wouldn't bother, hoping I could "guess" the time with some degree of accuracy. Having a watch has really helped ne to be more responsible, for getting to events on time or calling the end of a meeting. The blue face is a pleasure to look at, and the band is comfortable. I would have rated this a 5 star if it would have came with instructions describing the different functions of each button on the watch. It’s sad that even a cheap watch from a retail store comes with instructions. I shouldn’t have to search the internet to figure out how to use this nice watch.
