This bag is such a lifesaver. I wanted a wheeled bag I can use for lugging stuff around NYC. But I didn't exactly want a grandma style cart either. So this collapsible bag is just perfect. I use it mostly to carry clothes whenever I shoot with my photographer (usually we shoot four outfits at a time so that bag is packed to the brim). I also occasionally use it for groceries. It's easy to open and collapse. I've had it for months and walk considerable distance in them around the city -- everything is still in good working order. The only reason I'm docking a star is because of it's tall design, it can topple over sometimes depending on how you arrange the item inside. Not convenient when you are outside on wet pavement and you're trying not to get the bag dirty. Also, since it's on two-wheels instead of four, it can still get heavy to pull depending on what you're carrying in there. Otherwise it's perfect and I totally recommend it. ... show more

This is my second Reisenthel Foldable Trolley Bag. I had the first for many years before the plastic undercarriage gave out and would no longer hold the wheels in their extended position. It’s a great design except for that. I’d give the bag 5 stars if it had a sturdy metal undercarriage instead of a plastic one. ... show more

The shopping bag is not stable or sturdy and refolding it has far too many steps to make it convenient. I only used it from the supermarket to the car, and the car home. When you put things in it like groceries, the bag leans towards your body as you pull it and the bag starts dragging on the ground. I've used it about 10 times and the fabric has a hole and is otherwise fraying already. Not worth it. I bought this to replace a Perigot that my mother purchased in France. I used the Perigot for over ten years, on subways, buses etc. The only reason I had to replace it was because a wheel broke and the replacement wheels were not in stock at the Perigot website. ... show more

A good lightweight product. I had to modify it a bit. Had to add an extra handle so my daughter didnt have to bend down to pull it but otherwise it is exactly what she was looking for. Update: unusable. After a short period of time, the wheels wore down on one side so they were not round anymore. Cheap. This is my go-to shopping tote and it serves me very well. I walk and take the bus everywhere and usually wear a backpack while doing so. This bag folds up nicely and fits perfectly in one of my backpack compartments. I tend to abuse this poor bag, as it is meant to carry about 14 or 15 pounds, I think, but I often have a 14-lb box of cat litter in the bottom with more groceries on top. It is also very nice to not have a bulky, metal shopping tote on a crowded bus. With this slimmer design I can sit in just about any seat on public transit and not be in anyone's way. I've only used the bag once so far and will be using it again tonight. Having used quite a few rolling shopping bags over the years, I could tell the first time I used it that it is very durable and it doesn't flop all over the place, as some do when you have a heavy load. The handle is strong as well. They have a strong plastic rim on the side that faces the ground, which I assume would be a buffer if the bag drags and prevent the bag from wearing down and tearing when you use it.
