Works with any Western saddle that has rear dee rings, rear cinch slot, conchos with strings, or conchos with rings, and the ergonomic design works perfectly with round and square skirted saddles. Insulated side compartments are completely leak-proof, and keep your lunch and drinks cold for long hours on the trail, while the padded liner is perfect to keep your horse comfortable. Open them up to fill, or use the easy double zipper opening on the top to access your snacks on the trail - the interior is bright blue to help visibility even in the bottom of the bag. Additional cantle bag and straps to hold anything else you may need on your ride. This Deluxe Edition features additional storage and organization features, with 2 water bottle holders, 4 inner storage pockets, 2 rear pouches, and compression straps for rain gear or a bedroll. The bags are removable and feature an easy padded handle for easy loading, unloading, and cleaning. Insulated bags each hold 550 in3 (13 cans per side). Cantle bag is not insulated - 294 in3. I've now used these bags on 2 overnight camp trips and WOW!!! Everyone I've ridden with has complimented these bags and I couldn't be happier with them! Let me tell it all, these bags do not hold loose ice, it melts almost immediately HOWEVER they do not leak and it still stays cold! I absolutely adore that you can take off the side cooler bags, my first trip using these I was able to just drop all the weight of my extra drinks and snacks at camp and continue riding with ease. I was very nervous about how wide they are once I got all the medical supplies in the outer pockets but it's actually a bonus! They stick out just far enough that you won't have to worry about banging your knees on trees anymore! (And they can take a hit!) I also love the clip straps on the top bag, I could pack extra clothes in the cantle bag then strap down my high-line and halters on top of that with the clips! The pockets on the front are very roomy, you can fit a 2 liter bottle in each and the cooler bags are SUPER roomy as well! I couldn't find cans of twisted tea so I had to pack GLASS BOTTLES 😬 (I really tested these bags) Not a single one broke or popped open! And I wasn't just walking either. You can fit 8 - 11.2 Oz glass bottles in each cooler and have room on top for a pack of chips ahoy. I can't say enough great things about this set up, and I really tried to find negatives about this product but it's PERFECT! I need to start by saying that I ride almost every sunday in the desert southwest and always load my bags with 5 16oz aluminum bottles and ice in each bag. I walk most of the time and sometimes lope my horse. I get into tall mequite bushes and expose bags to rain and ocassional water from ponding areas. So I really put these bags through hell. I bought these bags because they looked very durable and I have been unable to find any bags that have lasted longer than one summer of riding. The good... the insulated bags hold ice and water very well.. better than ive seen. The material is also very durable inside and outside the bags. I specially liked all of the side pockets and front pockets of the bags. They never leaked ice or water. Oh, they are also the perfect size for long aluminum bottles. ONLY thing that went wrong was the reenforcing straps that hold the bags separated from the bags leaving me no choice but to tie some bailing string to hold bag up and prevent it from tearing, which I have to do from now on. Manufactirer needs to double or triple stitch those straps and they will have a 5 star product. So far the best bags ive owned, but not perfect. ... show more

I have had many different brands and types of saddle bags. These are by far the most spacious, a pocket for paper work, first aid, anything that needs separated from daily supplies. The vinyl on the bottom keeps sweet out of the bag. The cantel bag keeps rain gear of xl size, and strap a jacket on top of that. Two bottle holders and thin wide pockets on the back side of the bags. Pay a little extra money and never buy saddle bags again. ... show more

I used these bags 3 times and barely had anything in them and they have ripped at the seam where the Velcro holds the bag on. Called to get a refund and miss the 30 days by a week. Called Circle Y and was told they will replace them, but at my cost to ship them back. I don’t want another pair after them braking after 3 uses. So I just ate $140! Well one thing they will help is the camp fire. Also if you have a smaller horse do not order these they are huge! ... show more

Bags work well hold ice well. Really like the design and extra space. However I ride anywhere from 10-20 miles a weekend and started out my second ride with the and within the first hour the buckle part that buckles the bag to the rest of the it ripped right off the bag, tearing Velcro and all. Don’t think I would buy again. ESPECIALLY spending over $100 on saddle bags. ... show more
