Did not do a thing for me. The needles I don’t even think scratched the surface of my skin. So I do not think any medicine even went in. I tried it first on my finger so I could feel what to expect on my face and nothing happened. Needle did not go in at all in order for the medicine to go in, I had to pinch my skin on my face and try to shove the needle in.Beware before buying this item and look at other reviews. Maybe I just got a bad batch.

new customer - 1st i love the fact that they use mostly all natural ingredients and ingredients that seem to rise above competition. i did order the 3mth pack which came with 6 vials and 6 heads. i do wish that the vial and heads were already attached and made into 1. it makes no sense to me that they stress a fresh sterile head with each use but then reuse the bottle which you have to pour the new vial of serum into ( which is not sterile) so that realy defeats that whole sterile importance. product is easy to apply with miminal discomfort. i have sensitive skin so i do get quiet red. i make sure to do this on a friday night and its recommended that you limit your sun exposure for the next few days along with excess sweating or spa use. along with no make up. so for 2 days after just make sure that your okay with wearing no make up. i just completed my 2nd use. i do see minmal results with a very soft feel to my skin. however, i am also using the hooga red light face mask, collagen masks, collagen powder daily, along with moisturinzing with grapeseed and rosehip oil. lymphatic massages etc. overall, i do see a decrease in roscea, smoother skin overall, more even skin tone. as far as wrinkle or marinate lines decrease or pore reduction results are slow to show but im hopeful with continued use of this routine on top of the other things im doing. i will say you get plenty of serum in 1 vial almost too much, i have a difficult time using it all even after multiple passes up to 6 per recommendations i will still have half a vial left. i will let my face dry and then manually apply the rest of the serum over my face and neck. ill continue to use the supply i have and see what kind of results i get.

Love the serum, however they say you should only use the needles twice and only provide 1 needle cartridge with no way to order more needle cartridges and there are 3 bottles of serum which was way more plenty for several treatments. From what I understand you shouldn’t reuse these needle cartridges at all. I did sterilize mine with alcohol! On the plus side this is a USA based company! I had excellent results and they use all natural products so I hope they are in the learning phase! I’m going to contact them as their products are way less expensive and I had wonderful results first treatment!

After 24 hrs I have a headache, and my forehead feels heavy, like rubber. I don’t see any difference, maybe over the next week I will see improvement. I won’t purchase again due to the discomfort.
