I'm pretty picky about my ponytails! lol. I have a lot of them. I started with the super curly ones, but quickly realized that those are impossible to maintain because they are dry and if you comb them they become a frizzed out MESS. So I moved on to the more wavy ones like this one. They are so much easier to maintain because you can just comb them out with a wig comb. I usually get drawstring, but decided to try this claw clip. I like it! The hair is not quite as full as I would have liked, but it is very soft! Surprisingly so! That tells me it will be very easy to comb through after each use. I put it in and it was easy to put in. My own hair is about shoulder length, so I'm a little confused about where to put my own hair! lol. With the drawstring, I put my hair in a bun and sit the pony on top, thereby concealing my own hair. The claw doesn't do that of course! I had not thought that through. So I am a little concerned that people will be able to see my hair sticking out. I'll update if I can't get it to work. But my hair color is very close and I'm hoping it won't be too bad looking. ... show more

I love this pony ! I have just enough hair to pull into a ponytail of my own, but it looks like a pathetic little thing. I put this over my pony and it looks fantastic ! Nice curl pattern, soft, full, but the claw is cheap and huge. Smaller teeth and shorter produce would Help the hair look more realistic and feel better clipped in.

I have been having the worst time finding inexpensive hair. This is an okay alternative for a women of mixed ancestory. Super cute pony tail. No shedding at all and easy to comb the under side which did get nappy after a full day of wear. The clip is flexible but sturdy and even though it’s synthetic, everyone thought it was my real hair.
