    • Do not hang upside down.
Seems to be a well made product, but for my configuration, I need a mic to hang down from above. While you CAN set this mic the hang down from above, the rubber bands only hold so tight. Over time if the mic vibrates free or just slides out of the bands, the mic will fall. Also, the way the pop filter is permanently attached to 1 side of the mic holder - so there is a front and back. The microphone itself is fine, but my issues were with the mic holder. Will this fit in a universal shock mount? maybe? The mic body is rectangular and a typical shock mount is for tube shaped mics. I was very excited about this mic for a project that I was going to be working on. Opened it up and plugged it in and followed the directions. It did record, but the sound was no better than if I spoke directly into my computer speakers. I could barely hear my child's voice, it was like a faint whisper. It was not crisp and clear like I was expecting. it is a perfect size and easy to set up, but just not what I am looking for in sound quality. Got this for my son for gaming and such. He already had the Redragon keyboard and mouse, so knew this was gonna be a good product. My son has not complained about anything.

It is a little smaller than expected but after a simple set up I could be heard smoothly with little to no peaking that I would get from my old headset.
