This product is the absolute best for noticably repairing hair post bleaching, (ESPECIALLY USING TGE ENTIRE 3-STEP EXTREME BLEACH RECOVERY SYSTEM, including the Extreme Bleach Recovery Shampoo, this product & Extreme Bleach Recovery Cica Cream Leave-in Conditioner. In my opinion, this particular product stood out from the rest of the system because there's no hair treatment out there quite like it. After lightening my hair, it feels sooo dry, brittle & just BAD. You will notice a difference in your hair after the very first use. I think using the whole system is important, only because the shampoo is extra gentle & made for hair that has just been bleached, (therefore hair is in a very compromised & fragile state). You also always have to shampoo hair at least twice to make sure all the bleach is completely rinsed out, & if I used any other shampoo more than once after bleaching... My hair would feel like one big dry clump. But back to the main attraction... This llamar water treatment is like magic. I was blown away by how it restored my hair as if it had never touched bleach. I noticed an immediate & noticeable difference in softness, frizz, moisture, manageability, & most importantly NO breakage. I think this product 100% puts post-bleached hair back to the same condition your hair was before bleaching. That's a HUGE deal considering how damaging lightening hair is. I just wish I had found this product & the whole Extreme Bleach Recovery system sooner! I have naturally fine, curly, medium to dark brown hair. I have been lightening it to platinum blonde color for almost a year now & in the beginning, I felt like I had to loss a lot of length because if the damage. If I had known about these products, especially this llamar water treatment, I don't think I would have had to compromise my length, a little trim would have probably been enough. That's how confident I am in this product & how much I wish I had known about it sooner. So, if you are going to be using bleach on your hair, whether for all over Lightening, highlights, balayage, etc., You NEED this product (& the whole system). It WILL save your hair from damage & breakage, which will almost always happen to some degree when using bleach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! DON'T BLEACH YOUR HAIR WITHOUT THESE!!!

I was skeptical, I will admit. But after seeing the results of this product on a friend - her shimmering, glass smooth hair is a head-turner -- I decided to give it a try. Double wow: This stuff delivers! A bit pricey, but it also lasts a while. (You don't need much, just a few handfuls in the shower does the trick.) Your hair actually gets better the longer you use this stuff, another benefit of this product. My recommendation: Give it a try!

My hair feels slightly softer than before I used it but I won’t be buying it again. The scent is SO strong, even after rinsing. I got an immediate headache and I’m not typically sensitive to scent. It’s an old lady perfume smell, nothing you would intentionally choose, and not at this strength.

I don't have bleached hair, but I do believe I am still in some way recovering from a bleach disaster I had 2 years ago. I have 2a caucasian hair that is coarse and dry, I also have some heat damage from straightening. This stuff has made it possible for me to run my fingers through my hair without them getting caught, and I believe this is due to the product's porosity filling effect. My hair feels so baby soft and smooth. I don't rinse it off right away - I find it works best when I leave it on for a few minutes, usually while I brush my teeth and wash my body. Afterwards, I use Redken's All Soft Mega leave-in. I highly recommend that as well. Anywho- this product doesn't 'lather' like the directions say, but I do squish and work it through my hair anyways as if it did, avoiding the roots as much as possible. The brief slight warming effect on contact is soothing in a weird way. You can feel the softening take effect as you work it in. It does smell a bit perfumey, but otherwise pleasant. Also quite strong and may bother those who are sensitive. Lastly, if you find it's not working as well try clarifying your hair. I noticed that it doesn't do much for me when I have alot of buildup. I clarify every 2 weeks or so and use a chelating shampoo once a month to remove hard water deposit. This is the product I have been searching for for years and I highly recommend and It's worth every single penny.
