Amazing!!! This is an absolutely stunning home theater sofa! First off, the quality is impeccable. Everyone has different standards for quality, but I have high expectations, and I feel this sofa's quality justifies its price. The entire electric recliner sofa feels like top-tier leather, especially the stitching design that enhances the overall aesthetic... Second, it's incredibly comfortable to sit in, offering long-overdue relaxation for my aching back. Operation is simple and efficient—just use the small remote to switch between recliner mode and reset. Best of all, their customer service is efficient and straightforward!!! I've consulted them multiple times about issues: my sofa was making strange noises for unknown reasons. After several troubleshooting attempts, we traced it to the metal frame. Without hesitation, they sent me a complete replacement frame set for reassembly! The overall experience and product are flawless—highly recommended!

The dark grey is not as pictured. It’s more like a blue/grey color. More so blue than grey (hence the removal of a star). However, it is very comfortable, gives great back and neck support and feels solid. We are taller than average so this recliner is very suitable to our longer legs. The chair itself is made of good quality, soft fabric and the cushion seems firm enough to possibly last a while. It was very easy to put together even though there were no instructions to be found (caveat: the seller sent them the very next day) So I won’t go through the hassle of returning this piece. But just be aware, if you’re looking for a true grey, I would stick to the lighter grey rather than take a chance on the darker one.

This sofa is amazing! Delivery was super fast, and just as the seller described in the listing, it looks absolutely stunning in our RV—it really makes the whole space feel luxurious. Assembly was a breeze for me. It’s incredibly comfortable to sit on—I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s just as comfortable as the business-class seats on an airplane. For anyone looking to put it in a motorhome, the dimensions are spot-on, and the weight is just right. It supports my body perfectly; I have a bad back, and this is the first sofa where I’ve actually felt proper lumbar support! Happy with our love seat recliner sofa. Delivery was in three separate boxes, however I did not have to question it because the seller reached out and explained that it would be coming that way and gave us all of the tracking numbers in advance. Boxes all came earlier than expected delivery date! Assembly was fairly easy. Size was perfect. I had been looking for specific dimensions as we live in a fifth wheel RV so it needed to be not more than 60". It fits perfectly in the area. The material is soft. Couch is comfortable. The only thing that I question is the center removable armrest because my husband leans on it heavier than I do so it tends to be tilted in his direction! I like all the extra little storage areas, the two in the outer armrests and the two side pockets. The ease of the remote is great and the recliners fully recline as a wall hugger so we did not need to keep it away from the wall! Very happy with this purchase!

this was fairly easy to assemble, once i got it into my apartment. For a small appartment it feels nice and fits in well. i'm a bigger guy, and I need to shift around a lot for circulation issues, and the arm wrests arent very secure... mine are already pretty wobbly and there's no way of fixing it since the way its put together with those sliding rails like on a lazyboy. The leg length and the comfort on the heels is extreme, gave it an extra star for that, since the lazyboys I had - three of them so far - the padding ends before the bottom of the foot rest and your heels are on hard sharp wood -- this couch doesnt have that problem!!! Oh and, I just gave the light strip to my daughter when it arrived a week after the couch itself to make her room 'cooler' - I forgot it was even supposed to have them!

The recline function works well, and the size is good for the small space I was looking to fill. The middle divider feels like a wasted function, and requires an additional outlet for the charger to work. The chargers in the remotes, while nice that there are both types, don't stay connected and are slow to charge when it does. Side pockets are helpful. Paid $719, and I feel like it would be more appropriately priced in the $500 range. Unfortunately, part of the review must address the delivery and customer service, which were awful. FedEx lost one of the first boxes. Seller ordered an immediate replacement but sent the wrong one, so I had two of the same box, but no complete loveseat. I had ordered due to the positive reviews and the fact it would arrive before Thanksgiving, when company was expected and additional seating needed. I was without the furniture until the Tuesday after the holiday. Seller was then also unwilling to mail me a return label, insisting that FedEx would pick up a 75# package without a label - they will NOT. Seller finally offered me a $10 discount to have someone take me to a local FedEx store so they could print the label. Are you even kidding me? Purchase this at your own risk. The seller, while responsive, refused to take any responsibility for their error and weren't helpful in their responses. Now I get to find someone to haul this 75# box to the dump. More than 3 weeks dealing with this huge mess, absolutely cannot recommend.
