Used this RED WOLF 50A manual-reset circuit breaker as a safety measure on a kids ride-on (Princess Carriage) battery conversion. It’s exactly what I wanted: an inline “fuse you can reset” that protects the wiring/motors from shorts or stalled-motor current spikes without having to keep replacing blade fuses. Install was straightforward with good mounting bracket, solid terminals, and it feels sturdy once tightened down. The reset lever works reliably and makes troubleshooting much easier (trip → fix issue → reset). After multiple rides, it’s been stable with no random trips and no heat issues at the terminals (with proper crimped lugs and tight connections). If you’re doing any Power Wheels / ride-on conversion, this is inexpensive peace of mind and a cleaner solution than constantly swapping fuses. ... show more

If you have trouble with arcing when you wire in a device due to capacitors or some other precharge type situation, these will stop the arcing issue when connecting your battery. It works great, no spark, no arc which is essential if you're operating near fuel fumes. Also the lugs are nice quality and were easy to solder fill for a connection more reliable than 99% of people you will meet in life lol. ... show more

A good budget 50 amp breaker. I use it for my solar set up, it works really well easy to reset if I ever need to good peace of mind for everything that I have set up how expensive it is and so I don’t burn down my car.

Works great thus far. Use it with my 36 volt Rodan trolling motor to connect the 36 volt lithium battery to the motor. Price was very reasonable when compared wth others. Would definitely buy again!

Compared to the pricing for the model that came with my boat, this is a great value and I imagine will last forever. It is a way to test unlike my previous circuit breaker which didn’t have a test function. I like how it game with crimp terminals. I wish it came with an insulating sleeve for the entire device to be encased, but I found an alternative. My one complaint is that the terminal covers do not stay on once you’ve stacked the included washers and ring terminations. ... show more
