I've been using this red light therapy panel for a few weeks now, and while I can't definitively say whether it's delivering measurable benefits, I can say that it does feel like it's doing something. When using it, my skin feels similar to being in strong sunlight on a high UV index day—though the light itself isn't hot or even noticeably warm. Since the efficacy of red light therapy is still being studied it's difficult to empirically say this one "works" or that another would. As for the product itself, I think it’s well-designed in terms of functionality. Assembly and setup were simple, and it doesn’t take up much space. It’s not the most aesthetically pleasing device, but it's clearly meant to be a tool and not designed for aesthetics. Luckily, it tucks away quickly when not in use. The two adjustable light panels are easy to position and hold their angles well, and the height-adjustable tripod feels secure. The controls are straightforward, and all the settings work as expected. The included protective glasses seem to do their job, and I haven’t had any issues with eye discomfort while using the light. Overall, while I can’t make claims about long-term benefits, this device is solidly built, easy to use, and delivers the intended experience. This light is a solid option for the price point at the time of review.

the Red Light Therapy Lamp with stand has 2 lights with it. the lights are large panels, and the stand is sturdy. there is also a remote so you can use while sitting or laying. the light is impressive quality. i like the red light, it is relaxing to lay under. you can adjust the lamps and height of pole. this is a nice lamp.
