The lights were easy to set up as there are only two parts; the lamps and the tripod. Simply screw on the light unit to the top of the tripod, plug the wires to the lamps, then plug in the wall plug. There are two frequencies and two light modes. I read somewhere that the flashing mode is better for healing, but I mostly use the solid "on" mode. I aim both lights onto my knee while sitting on the edge of my bed for 20 minutes each day to encourage healing. I just had a total knee replacement. I am ahead of schedule with my physical therapy so perhaps some of that is thanks to the lights!

My husband is using this to try to regain some of the hair he's started losing as he ages. The jury is still out as to whether it will work as he's only been using it a couple of weeks. He's being careful to keep the light at least 6-12 inches away from his head to make sure there are no negative side effects, since we're still a bit new to red light therapy. The light works as expected so far, though, and the adjustable height is super-convenient.

I was dubious when I purchased this initially but was very surprised at how well it works!! Its a small looking light but is Very Strong and covers your whole body if placed properly! I sit on the couch in shorts and a tank top and just keep cycling it on!! I do feel better and more energized also! Liked it so much bought a dual for myself and 2 more singles that I am giving as gifts!!

Purchased this product to address my elbow pain. After over a week of treatment (30 minutes daily using both 660nm and 850nm lights), I haven't experienced any relief. I'll continue for a couple more weeks to see if there's any progress. Several other noteworthy points: Installation is straightforward. The 660nm light appears strong (see pic), but no heat can be detected. The 850nm light cannot be seen or felt. It seems a problem as I cannot tell whether it is working (see pic). The device features a control button to select between two wavelengths and four power levels. It stands stably and is easy to position.

This has helped my body pain extremely well it’s so relaxing. The only problem I have with the item is that if you move the lamps too much were it holds it, Kinda end up having no strength after a while

I have noticed absolutely 0 positive effects from this light. The light works as far as it produces red light. Maybe it's not the right spectrum, or wave length, or maybe redlight therapy has much less benefit than I was hoping, I don't know. All I know is youtubers should stop advertising that these red light treatment devices relieve pain, because they don't do much of anything, in my opinion.
