I’ve been using this red light therapy mask for a short time (only 3 sessions so far，15 minutes each session), and I’m honestly impressed. It’s very easy to use and comfortable to wear. Did the test on my arm, did fine. But, the skin on your face is thinner and this literally sits on the face! 10 minutes and I saw ridiculous amount of redness that took 3 days to settle down. Be very careful but I don't recommend.
