This light is easy to use and comfortable. Just attach the included strap to each side and lay on it and it forms a nice arch over your face. The material is soft and comfortable to lay on. The googles fit good and protect your eyes, the LEDs are very bright. I have only used it a few times so far but my face feels a little tighter.
