Red light therapy really works I had something on my arm that would not go away it just kept getting bigger. So I tried red light therapy and the pictures are before and after only five sessions. Red light therapy is good for hair growth the picture above is my son using it for hair growth. Red light therapy is used for so many things wrinkles, weight loss, nerve regeneration, truly so much more.

This red light therapy device is great for your self care routine. Some red lights are just squares and inconvenient to setup. This unit comes with a base so it's easy to set on your counter or table. It comes with glasses to protect your eyes as well, which is a nice accessory to have included. It will take time to see improvement in my skin, but I am confident it works well.

I cannot speak to the scientific validity to the use of red light therapy, anymore than doctors are willing to, based on research done so far on the proven benefits this treatment is said to offer. However, I can say that this is a nice enough red light therapy for light for at home treatments. It has three different light amp settings, which are all in the range for medically supervised therapies I have read about. The light can be used in the wand style or screws into a base that holds it steady for you, and the lamp head it very easy to bend and move around. I like that there is a timer that can be set for treatment sessions of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 45 minutes, with automatic shut-off at session's end. And all of this is operated with a convenient remote control. Pretty nice for an at-home red light therapy treatment model.

I am firm believer in red light therapy, I got a different brand red light therapy cap for hair growth not expecting much out of it, I thought "yeah right, another grow your hair back scheme" But to my surprise it actually put hair back on top of my head, and lots of it!!! I have several red light devices with most of them being handheld. Meaning that you must hold it by hand on whatever body part you are using it for. This lamp makes it easy to use because you don't have to hold it. The lamp bends forward, sideways, or backwards so you can make it reach wherever is needed. It was very simple to put together as well.
