This is a great, flexible, portable red light unit! The four arms of lights can be configured how you want them, and the base is extendable in a couple of locations. The tripod base is also adjustable, but they recommend that you keep it in a flat position for stability. Even doing that, it tended to tip as I adjusted the lights, so I put a weight on the farthest tripod arm to help hold it more securely. They included a pair of sunglasses to protect your eyes, although I'm not sure they are rated for that. Maybe. This is lightweight and folds up, making it easy to store. They don't include a storage bag, but I might just make one so that I can hang it for storage. The lights and the timer on the remote work well.

The media could not be loaded. This red light therapy lamp by Relhafethy mounts on a telescoping tripod base. The four lamp panels are on articulated arms so you can adjust their position in just about any direction. It has 5 brightness levels and three “wavelength” settings that you set using the controller along with the shutoff timer. The cord connecting the controller is about 94 inches over all from the plug to where it connects to the lamp base. There is no flashing setting which I have seen on other red light therapy devices. Be sure to take the plastic film off the lamp heads before you use it because the lamp heads do get quite warm during use.

This is a great configuration for administering red light therapy. The telescoping base and flexibility of the multiple heads allows you to treat multiple areas and issues at the same time; This will save you tons of time. It also gives you an excuse to put on the tinted eye protection that's included, and just relax for a while, you can set the intensity and timer as needed and take a nap!

This is a big red light with lots of arm to point in different directions. I think it’s easy to use and setup. You can fold it away when not in use and it doesn’t take up too much room. Highly recommend!

Mostly feels good quality. Tripod is ok, adequate. Light panels feel secure and move easily into whatever placement you want. Light is bright. Comes with normal sunglasses not green ones
