1. Material: porous when held in the light on certain sizes (I purchased 3 times to find my fit), good and bad… summer time heat it’s a welcomed feature but might breakdown sliding around on the shop floor. 2. Size: Measurement by chest size. I’m 6’1’ 230lbs and I measure 43” chest; I went with a 46” coverall for room even though they say they already compensate for clothing… well that’s a negative ghost rider. 46” were snug as a bug as I felt like I had to dislocate my shoulder to put them on! Taking them off I almost castrated My family jewels! Don’t bother lifting your arms past parallel to the floor. Also, slight neck pressure from the material pulling down on your neck. Size up a minimum of 2 sizes if your buying a regular, wish I could get a size tall with fast shipping. 3. The tall was semi snug with light underdressed clothes after I sized up twice. The issue is the crotch to shoulders could use a little more length but manageable. Im 6’1” 230lbs and could use extra width in the stomach or less elastic sucking it down (break in might be needed). I still have to somewhat squeeze my shoulders out but it could be sewing inconsistencies. 4. The bigger you go everything else gets bigger especially the legs. Some sleeve sewing issues; one cuff sewn tighter (better) than the other but not horribly noticeable. For the price I can’t complain, just size up (if wearing undergarments) at least twice from the sizing chart unless you’re super thin, then maybe once due to the nature of everything else increasing in size.For $30 I’ll keep buying these! For regular or tall go by the sizing chart that works out best. ... show more

I guess I listened to the reviews too much. I bought one like 4 sizes too big, and paid for it… I’m usually like xl and OCCASIONALLY an xxl. I ordered a 3xl(size 56). The picture is me wearing it with a belt, and it was rolled up soo many times on the sleeves and pants. Still couldn’t make it look flattering. Definitely would be too embarrassed to wear it, I look like an elephant ! It’s a shame, the quality is AMAZING! It’s comfy, warm, thick, and very well made. My only complaint with the thing itself is the zipper its soooooo delicate. I move a little and it unzips from the movement. Maybe it’s because the size was too big? Not sure. But it was really easily unzipped on its own, kind of didn’t wanna stay up. Other than that I totally recommend! I bought it for a prisoner costume for Halloween — just be wise with how you size up. ... show more

I initially ordered 2 sizes up from what it said by measuring, I was between a 38 and 40 so I ordered a 44. That was way too small, too short in the torso and I barely could get it over my shoulders…. Getting it off was a two person ordeal. Second order I got a 48 tall, barely long enough in the torso and too long on arms and legs, shoulders fit about right. I’m 5’10”, big shoulders so a tall shouldn’t be necessary. Overall I’m happy with the 48 tall, seems good quality for the price and I can get it off without help! ... show more

I hope I help out the guys that are a little more on the bigger side. So I’m 6’3 230 pounds. I ordered a 38 tall and have a 36” waist. Figured it would work right? Not even close. Way too small so I returned them and am currently waiting for my new size which is 52 tall.. big jump right? Well 52 tall falls into the xxl category so that seems about right. I haven’t got my new pair yet but when I do I’ll come back to edit this review and let you guys know how they fit. I stayed with the same company/brand because they do seem to be made well but the sizing Category does need some help from what I see. Ok so 52 tall were a little too big so I think 48 tall would probably be perfect ... show more

If you're a bigger person. On top the bottom is exactly the same all the way down...so you might be swimming in it. I got a 54 and the top is fine but the bottom looks like clown pants. But it does keep my clothes clean while I'm working so they do the job.

Perfect for my son’s Halloween costume. As you can see from the pic, he wanted to be Michael Myers, reluctantly I started looking for costumes. I was going to buy a costume pair of coveralls, but stopped myself when I read those reviews stating that the material was thin, but ‘oh well’ it’s just for one Halloween wear. I found these real coveralls that got great reviews where people bought for real use as well as a costume. These were a great fit (size 44 for my 5’5”, 165lb teen), arms and leg lengths are long, but a simple sew job for me. We purchased this for a Hannibal Lecter costume for Halloween. We ordered a size 42 long and it barely fit and would probably have been more comfortable if we had gone up one size. For reference, my husband is 6'1 and about 190 pounds.

Bought this for my sons Halloween Costume (Michael Myers) he stayed warm and it looked fantastic! Fit him perfectly too, he is 6'3" and about 340lbs and he had room to squat, sit, run around without any binding of his bits! His costume was a hit with everyone!
