Great pants, they're my go-to pants and all that but they need to be reinforced in the crotch. For every pair I've bought the crotch is the first area to tear but depending on on work it takes around 2 to 2 and a half months to do so. I work in scaffolding and climb up and down constantly, not to mention the kneeling and squatting so I admit I'm rough on them. Otherwise they are rather durable until the get caught on a sharp corner or edge of equipment when building. ... show more

Great price for FR pants... will see how they hold up, but even with my expensive brandname ones... the legs on top always wear out first, so all the fancy stitching does nothing for lasting longer.

Pretty much the cheapest way to meet an FR requirement on a jobsite. Not a terrible pair of pants though they tend to last less than a year before I tear a hole in the crotch. I have found something somewhat odd about this particular item, when I order the khaki/tan pairs they fit just great, exactly like I'd expect them to for the size. When I ordered the blue pair and the black pair they are very loose around the waist and too long in the leg. I'm going to return this black pair and try ordering a size down ... show more
