This is what i called modern light because it gives that futuristic and modern looks. It's easy to installed and it gives you multiple ways you can design your lights however you wanted. I haven't seen any lights that are modular like this. It's one of the reasons why i bought it. I can adjust the color temperature (2700K-3500K) and brightness (10%-100%) which is dimmable. Here is the parameters as a reminder so when you buy it you know what to look for: High-end aluminum lamp body, acrylic lampshade, LED Light source. 100 Watt, 10000 Lumen, Size: Height 78" x Length 39" x Width 18", Color temperature: 2700K-6500K, Lightness: 10%-100% Another great thing about it is that it can remember your last settings so when you turn it off, it will apply the last saved settings so you don't have to fiddling with the settings again. It is a little more than 15lb so when installed make sure you have a strong ceiling or make sure everything screwed in and secured on the ceiling. You can buy some brackets if you want it to be more sturdy. I have a strong ceiling and I've mounted on the box right on the stud so it's super secured in place.     • Light stopped working after around 6 months, of course after the return period.
Really love the design of this light, worked great for awhile and then suddenly stopped after about 6 months. Now it just flickers. No way to contact the seller, very disappointed. I have to buy another light, stay away from this model.

The idea is super cool, but when we went to turn the individual lights, something failed. If you decide you want to turn each light DO NOT turn it all the way, once it clicks, it means the light gets disconnected. I'm assuming you have to take it apart to fix it.
