We didn't just want to design a large trampoline for kids, we wanted to design the best outdoor trampoline with enclosure your kid could ever dream of! Starting from this ambitious goal, the Jumpzylla team reverse engineered hundreds of similar products to understand where we can innovate and what we can perfect. We identified 3 key aspects: Delivery, Safety and, most importantly FUN! JUMPZYLLA - Innovation comes from caring! Every single part of our trampoline design has been carefully considered for your kid’s safety and the product life of your new backyard “fun central”. Perfecting the net meant an emphasis on safety so we decided to add extra high density material between curved poles. The entry point is marked by a double zipper buckle lock. You get a beautifully designed, easy to use luxury ladder with plastic covered steps for comfort. We made the jumping mat extra high density for the best spring and added a PVC Waterproof cover with rust proof coating on the frame and legs to keep the trampoline protected from the elements. The legs are reinforced for ideal stability. Our priority is keeping the safety design elements up to date with 2022 and beyond, we looked at every part of the trampoline. Update: the companies customer service reached out to us and they were extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. They sent us replacement parts to fix our problem and even gave us a basketball hoop attachment free of charge. They are a great company and much better than ASURION protection plan, my mistake was buying the plan from them. After two days it lost all bounce, the mat was loose already. Not sure if this was the mat or the springs but we didn’t go over the weight limit, not even close, so not sure how it was already beyond stretched in two days. Luckily I have a protection plan but they are only offering a refund in the form of a gift card. They won’t try to replace anything first to see if that works. So disappointed. ... show more

This is the Best Buy we ever made for our kids. They absolutely love this trampoline. The poles that bow out for the net are great and make it really safe. The instructions to put together are very helpful. Takes about 4 hours in total to put up. Be sure to measure the net well as it took us a few tries to get it right so the entrance closes. I would also recommend getting stakes to hold it in place. As a heavy wind can blow it over. The customer service is the best I have ever seen Jumpzylla is incredible at getting back to you and helping with anything. We needed replacement parts and they assisted instantly with it. We have had our trampoline for about 2 years now almost. As far as safety goes, which was my main concern, I have been very satisfied with this Trampoline. As far as durability we started having some problems. I don't know if it's because we live on the East Coast and we have a lot of bad weather here. The original screw type ties that came with the trampoline work fantastic and our trampoline has never blown away or been damaged in that aspect. The netting also has held up fantastic. But the Trampoline pad where It connects to the springs, The fabric connection just started shredding and falling apart. I have 2 small kids and they are not heavy or rough. Also the polls started rusting And one broke. So I contacted the company through Amazon and told her my situation. Even though we are outside of the warranty they still sent us a new trampoline pad and another Pole. So we can keep the trampoline going A while longer until daddy gets back from deployment. So that is one less thing for me to worry about and 1 less thing for my kids to lose. So I am very grateful that they stand behind their product and the good customer service. ... show more

Would definitely recommend! This Jumpzylla trampoline is well made and has good safety features. Unfortunately this is the second one we had to purchase, but only because of Mother Nature. We live in flat farmlands with nothing much to help protect from storms. I contacted them to buy replacement parts and they are going to replace it at no cost to me! They want to make sure their product remains safe as possible. I could not be more grateful and humbled as I did not expect that! We will be purchasing the additional insurance this time!! We bought this Trampoline almost two years ago and my son uses it constantly. The only down side is the net needs to be replaced and they dont sell it separately, so im having to find one on Amazon of a different brand that fits, includind the 8 curved pole top ring design. I wish they just sold replacement nets. It would be so much easier knowing for sure it will fit when I buy it. ... show more

Got this for Easter, instead of getting gifts. I do not regret this! It gets used every day! The kids love it! My husband used it to exercise, my 23 year old has fun jumping with the kids! I put this together in 3 hours-myself..6 foot tall, 50 something chick-you can do this yourself-would be faster if you have help, of course. The springs are not difficult at all- use the tool and continually install ones across from one you just placed and you'll have zero issues. The time consuming portion for me was the poles that hold the netting at the top. Great concept, not so stellar execution. There would be no issues if the poles would simply stay in place the first time. Being tall, a fix is easier for me than most-if a shorter person, this would have been a different review. A solid 45 minutes was fixing the poles after they popped out, repeatedly. My creative mind will figure a solution to this, possibly involving E6000. I gladly had bought an 8 pack of anchors and straps as the U shaped stakes they send are more suitable for a mini version of horsehoes. Overall, I'd buy again based of my experience so far-time will tell! Plea to Jumpzilla-Please create some sort of putty/clips or netting poles that are attached together so our time isn't spent re-installing/re-inventing the top poles.~ The added gift is very much appreciated-thank you! ... show more

We have had this trampoline for about a year now and have been enjoying it. Another important thing to note is that their customer service has been great. We recently had some strong winds come through and some of the support poles were damaged after the trampoline went airborne (the anchors aren't the best).
