We didn't just want to design a large trampoline for kids, we wanted to design the best outdoor trampoline with enclosure your kid could ever dream of! Starting from this ambitious goal, the Jumpzylla team reverse engineered hundreds of similar products to understand where we can innovate and what we can perfect. We identified 3 key aspects: Delivery, Safety and, most importantly FUN! JUMPZYLLA - Innovation comes from caring! Every single part of our trampoline design has been carefully considered for your kid’s safety and the product life of your new backyard “fun central”. Perfecting the net meant an emphasis on safety so we decided to add extra high density material between curved poles. The entry point is marked by a double zipper buckle lock. You get a beautifully designed, easy to use luxury ladder with plastic covered steps for comfort. We made the jumping mat extra high density for the best spring and added a PVC Waterproof cover with rust proof coating on the frame and legs to keep the trampoline protected from the elements. The legs are reinforced for ideal stability. Our priority is keeping the safety design elements up to date with 2022 and beyond, we looked at every part of the trampoline. I purchased this trampoline (12') for my 4 year old grandson and we are in Florida. For the week I have had it - it has been through rain, wind, sun and different weights. This trampoline comes in one well packaged box. The box is heavy and it is 59" long, 23" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It comes with easy to read directions - with words and pictures. There is a link for an installation video if need and all there links to find/ contact them if needed. The frame cover, net and mat are just folded in the box. The springs come in two different boxes and they give you one extra. The plastic T-Connector are in there own package (flat cardboard with the see through plastic) and the Steel T- Connectors come in two boxes (4 in each box), All the hardware comes on a piece of cardboard with the see through plastic and everything is labeled - it also contains 2 spring pullers and the wrench needed. The poles for the side already have the foam covers on them but are in two pieces. They just push together with buttons and the buttons pop out when in place. It does come with a two step ladder that only rests on the frame (little curves to hold it on). You do have to watch the ladder if the trampoline moves it comes loose. Also I think you have to have your own screwdriver to put the screws in the ladder. I've put trampolines together before so I had the legs, frame and 4 springs hooked to the mat before my husband and sons got home from work to help. It is very easy to put together. The frame is well made with heavy duty steel and the springs are strong. But the legs are a little on the scary side. They are a cheaper metal and snap together with the buttons, so I've been keeping an eye on them as different people jump. So far so good. We have had my 40 pound grandson and me 5'3" , 110 pounds on it together. Then my 6'2", 220 pound son and grandson on it, then my other son 6'1" 160 pounds and grandson on it and it has held up. It does make a lot of squeaking noise when jumping, but everything looks good. The plastic t- connectors hook to the top of the side poles and then there are fiberglass sticks that go in the top of the net to hook to the side poles (the fiberglass is 8 sticks, not one solid one to make it easy to assemble.) Once the net is on you do not hit the poles. The pad that covers the springs is easy to put on and is on the outside of the net. There is a warning sticker on it and the mat has there emblem on it. Important - there are little gaps on the inside of the net that small feet could slip through but a little on the hard side to do. The door comes with a zipper and clips to double secure it for safety. The only issue with the door is it doesn't open that wide and makes it hard to get in and out of - if you are bigger than a small 4 year old. Also in my box it had paper that I won a free trampoline sprinkler - I'll check that out later. Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a trampoline. ... show more

We love this trampoline. We've had it for a few months now, and it's been absolutely fantastic. Assembly was about as easy as could be expected. It was very simple and straight forward, with good instructions and thoughtful design. I had watched a few videos and was dreading the tedious net tie downs, but our's came with straps and clips that made it so much easier (and faster) than expected. All told, it took about two hours and only required a second person for one small part. The bounce is fantastic and the trampoline does it's job - getting the kid's (and occasionally the adult's) crazies out - even better than we expected. It's even relatively quiet, which is something we were concerned about. Well, if you don't count the kid's joyful screams and laughter. The springs are relatively quiet anyway. Super satisfied with this one! (We got the 10ft, by the way) ... show more

Really like it! Very sturdy...good quality. The only thing we need to add are some sort of hand rails or something to help a person get up the ladder and into the trampoline. Right now, all there is to grab onto are the door flaps themselves which isn't sturdy. We are just going to put a stake of some sort in the ground (about 3 feet tall) to use as railings on either side to get in and out. Of course, I am old and I am only speaking for myself and the issues I personally have... the kids likely haven't noticed any issue at all, ha ha! But look at the picture and you will see what I mean. Getting out is dicier....without railings or something to hold onto it is just sort of tricky using the ladder. ... show more

Jumpzylla is doing all the right things! Shipping was extremely fast, and the trampoline is VERY stable! The 12ft says it can hold 400lbs but we had over 500lbs on it and held up perfect! I love the bowed out support bars for the net. Very easy to assemble, I did it myself in an hour & half. All tools were included. My only complaint would be paint missing on the U shaped feet of the frame but that’s so minor it doesn’t bother me. 10 stars Jumpzylla!!! There’s a free offer card included for a sprinkler or basketball hoop, I chose the sprinkler and am waiting for it to arrive. Absolutely would recommend!! Just don’t be like me, order the 14ft, not the 12ft because bigger is better lol ... show more

We love this trampoline! My girls jump on it everyday. The netting seems pretty solid and the zipper construction seems well designed (definitely a problem with our last trampoline). Inside the box they offered to send us either a free trampoline sprinkler or a free trampoline hoop if we would fill out a survey. We filled it out and got the free sprinklers for our trampoline and have yet to set that up but it was such a fun surprise. It took about an hour to set up with my husband and three teenagers helping him. I would recommend that you read the tips on the step that you are on before starting on the step in the instruction manual. They are very helpful but can be missed if you don’t read all the way through them before starting on the step. Definitely a great buy. ... show more
