This is quite nice. It is very comfortable. My dog has gotten up on it many times and not a single scratch from his nails. I also purchased the couch. It's a good set. It is very easy to set these up. I did it by myself. One thing I would recommend is that when you are attaching the pieces together at the bottom, do it before you put the back pieces on. You want them to remain as light weight as possible to maneuver them into the slots. I made that mistake on the love seat and it was a little more difficult. A little smaller than I thought it would be. Not for large people. Looks nice,comfortable nice color, material feels good. The shipping box should be stronger. A little tricky attaching the two bases together. Amazon was a real pain. The seller sent two Love Seats. We accidentally ordered two. We tried to explain the problem and Amazon would not help us return one of the Loveseats for a refund. Be careful when you order from Amazon. They are not very helpful and the people that answer the phone do not speak English. ... show more

Sofa is wonderful and perfect for my 4’11, 86 year old mother in law. Comfortable and great size. My only complaint was the shipping. FedEx literally DUMPED all 3 boxes off outside of my mother in law’s garage, and didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell! Terrible customer service as us with FedEx. 👎🏼 ... show more

**update** this is not wearing well at all. It's hard to see in the photo, but the foam pad in the seat is already starting to separate leaving a divot in the seat . We put this loveseat in our RV so they are not used that often. Fits in our RV perfectly. We have a 28" door opening. Very easy to put together. We took the rollers off the old loveseat and put them on the new loveseat. We ordered the beige and like others have said, it is a very light beige. It's comfy, and really nice looking. Both packages arrived at the same time. The seller sends you a heads up email right after you order explaining that the loveseat could arrive at different times. I am 100% happy with it. Now to find the rocker recliner to go with it ... show more

Think automobile style leather and stitching. It is very comfortable and reclines almost flat. It feels sturdy. The customer service is responsive-the set arrived in different boxes over a few days.     • Total Scam- Don't Buy! It costs $1000 to return their defective sofa!

Total Scam- and they won't refund your money- even when defective! I bought this over a week ago. One side reclined properly, but the left side was loose and leaned off to the side. I packed it the next day, tried to ship it the next day. In the app, it says they approve the return, but them they SCAM you by giving you ONE label (for 2 boxes) that is NOT postage prepaid. It's $500 to ship PER box!!!!!!! I was willing to pay $50 to return- not $1000!!!!! First they say we'll give you nothing, then $100 back, then $140 back, then you have to reopen the boxes and take pictures and *maybe* get a partial refund. How can Amazon have this kind of vendor/3rd party on their list? Don't buy it, as there are better options on Amazon and Wayfair (where I ended up). ... show more

Will it last 5 years, probably not. But you can’t beat the price and I’m not worried about my three dogs damaging them. Easy to put together. Not impressed with the shipping. It came in three different deliveries, was only provided one tracking number.
